Good things here
There are around 100-plus families residing in this community, and the best thing about it is the excellent celebration of events for every small festival. All the residents come together and enjoy these festivities. The connectivity is also great, as all international schools, super specialty hospitals, supermarkets, shopping malls, and bus stops are situated within a 1km radius of the community. There are well-maintained amenities for residents, such as a clubhouse including a gym and good play areas for everyone to enjoy. Overall maintenance is also excellent, as we have never faced problems with seepages.
Things need improvement
In this society, the availability of parking spaces is minimal, and this needs to be addressed due to the majority of residents owning cars. Sometimes, parking becomes an issue due to the limited space. Additionally, despite painting and waterproofing efforts, there are still some seepages.
