Good things here
I have seen too many residential plots and had not get this much good plot in such price so these plots were value for money
Wide and spacious roads
Enough parking space
Public transport accessible
Low power cuts
Clean & well maintained
Strong walls and pillars
No seepage issues
Good quality plaster and fitting
Good celebration of festivities
Frequent cultural events
Pets friendly
Residents pay maintenance in time
Great Schools nearby
Hospitals are accessible
Adequate water
Things need improvement
the most disliketing thing about the residential plot are not very safe the security of the residential plots is too bad.
