Good things here
The apartments are really fancy too, with a swimming pool, gym, and even a theater. There's lots of parking, and it's really quiet with really nice staff. It's just a really awesome place to be!
Things need improvement
During the rainy season, there's a minor issue where some parts of the walls get darker due to paint problems. However, the management fixes it by repainting after the rainy season, so it's not a big problem.

The construction quality is top-notch, and there's clear and effective communication within the community. Plus, the gyms provided are of high quality, ensuring residents have access to excellent fitness facilities

Overall, everything seems fine, but occasionally, there are issues with water supply.

Good things here
The place is awesome with big playgrounds and parking areas. I really like the lobby and the turf areas. It's well-lit and the shops are nearby, including restaurants.
Things need improvement
The apartments are a bit small, and the hallways feel tight. The staff isn't very helpful, and the swimming pool isn't well taken care of—it can get a bit dirty sometimes

It's one of the best societies I've seen with lots of greenery, and the public transport is excellent too.

There are some issues with waste management and parking, even if you have your own paid parking spot.

Things need improvement
Finding parking spots can be tough in an apartment complex, especially if there are no assigned spaces. This can be especially challenging for visitors, particularly in places where permits are needed for street parking.

Located in prime location in Adhere West, The luxurious flats have ample parking space and an excellent design. The amenities include a gym, swimming pool, jogging track, indoor games, football, and tennis. There is also CCTV security at the main gate and on each floor.
Things need improvement
The parking space premium is on higher side. Visitor parking is a challenge. The maintenance cost is also higher

The maintenance is outstanding. Roads are very good. Market is nearby the society. Society is safe at night. The neighbors are well-educated and decent. Al's facilities are easily available in the society.

There is an issue of society is the society name is wrong the correct name of the society is silicon society.

The site is impressive—a cluster of tall residential buildings with nearby markets. It's fully secure, offering ample parking and a beautifully decorated foyer with high-speed escalators. I had the fortune of visiting a family friend who resides on the 26th floor. The balcony offers a breathtaking view of the Arabian Sea—truly nice. The luxurious flats come with amenities like a swimming pool, gym, theater, and more. There's also a huge parking area, and the overall atmosphere is peaceful with disciplined staff.
Things need improvement
One thing to note is that there's an issue with the paint during the rainy season; some areas of the walls get darker. However, the management takes this matter seriously and promptly addresses it. They usually handle it after the rainy season by applying a fresh coat of paint, ensuring the building looks good as new.

It's a premium society with a lot of open space including full size playgrounds, parking lots and other amenities. The Lobby is beautifully created and managed. The society is located close to social amenities like shopping complexes, restaurants, clubs.
Things need improvement
The carpet are is small considering the premium they have charged. The amenities are not well maintained. The swimming pool is not looked after by the maintenance staff
