Abhee Nandika is a well-maintained building. It is clean and green with a dedicated landscape garden as well. The building also offers car parking for the residents, which is quite convenient. Elevator is also available.

The project is spread over a total area of 0.64 acres of land. It has 43% of open space. It is an ideal project for tranquil living because everything is conveniently located inside the society, including a grocery store, gym, ATMs, golf course, jogging park, swimming pool, and other facilities that are not accessible in other projects at this price. Because there is a lot of flora inside the premises, there isn't much pollution.

The homes are well built as well as safety at night is quite good and you can trust the security guards who are always on their toes to keep the security tight. The police patrolling in the further strengthen the security of the people.

Properties with 100% power backup available. Condition of the roads is very good and the constructions of the homes are well done in srishti complex. No power supply issues as you hardly face it sometime if there is big problem otherwise it are quite good. Major markets, malls, shops and other stores are nearby. People can freely raom around even during the night as there are safety concerns due the CCTV camera installation and 24* security guards availability. Metro station is very near other pubic transports are reachable in few minutes’ walk.

Nothing to really criticize about project. I mean Sai Proviso Icon has really given everything in so reasonable budget. You will love ambiance of project. So much greenery and open space for walking. Excellent sauna facility with pool and gym for ultimate fitness and then relaxation.
