Good things here
Society has good connectivity with local transport like auto,cabs even tough there is no water logging issues in the society.Allocated parking space for owners and visitors.Build quality is great ,no leakage and seepage,termides issues in the apartment.High security system and timely garbage Collection in the society.
Things need improvement
Maintenance charges are bit high and even though society is not maintained well like swimming is not functional since long time.

Good things here
A clubhouse, kids playing area, and gym have been built in the society. The society is spacious, and its location is excellent. Nearby hospitals, malls, markets, and vegetable markets are easily accessible. Buses, autos, and cabs are available anytime. Due to the good location, ventilation is excellent.
Things need improvement
Water supply is a problem all over Pune, and there are issues with power supply too. The maintenance of the lift was not done on time. Though there was a gym, it wasn't well-maintained. Actually, at that time, a new committee was being formed in the society, so there were a lot of maintenance issues. The road from the society to the main road, about 200-250 meters, is in very bad condition. The railway station is very far away.

Lots of top amenities such as piped gas service, a reading lounge, a jogging track and a mini cafeteria are available within Saarrthi Sovereign. There is a good arrangement of various indoor games.

A swimming pool is found on the left side of this housing complex. On the other hand, a covered car parking facility is involved on the right side of this residential property.

Lots of 1BHK apartments are found within Saarrthi Sovereign and each of them is well furnished. The rate of buying an apartment within this residential property is quite reasonable for everyone.

A big library is situated within 1.5 km. from the neighbourhood of Saarrthi Sovereign. Every local student and some other people used to go to that library to explore various new books.
