1. Sub standard construction quality- Within one year cracks started apearing in doors, door frames, Walls and exterior walls(It wont be long since this becomes like the building shown in maaveeran movie) 2. Sub standard switches and 3rd quality wiring - they use roma plus switches but the quality so low that we residents have been facing shocks and switches were broken with minimal use. 3. Constructed the first floor in such a way that anybody can access your window through the garden area and it creates a big security issue. Dont feel like being inside a gated community even small builders will have better construction layout which is secure by design. 4. Tiles are in worst quality PERIOD. the number tiles we had to replace they used a cheapest quality tiles ever. 5. they closed one bore out of 6 and never intimated the owners. we owners had to fight to get the bore. 6. They did not put cctv on critical places. 7. Lot of parking violation is done and they have allocated more parking than what was approved by the government. Not sure if they charged money for open parking too which is illegal under TN RERA. 8. Parking is so cramped on lot of places. It is virtually very hard to park a 7 seater car there. Pillars are never alligned. some of the closed parking they did try to extent to open area we owners again fought this and they tried to fix it by moving it inside the closed unit. 9. Plumbing is a another big issue. There are leaks from the OTS shaft areas and the quality of ROCA CP and sanitary fitings in bathroom is of worst quality and leakages were always there from day 1. There water seepages and Sewage seepages through walls in many units. Lot of compromise on plumbing materials like pipes, joints and fittings.

It is an ideal project for individuals looking to purchase luxurious apartments with all the amenities at a reasonable price. The inside roads are well developed and lit during the night. Also, there are CCTV cameras installed everywhere.

Optimum location planning with Vastu compliance is good enough. Cabs arrive on time since public transportation is readily available and traffic is light outdoors. Malls, PVRs, Clubs, Restaurants, and other amenities are all nearby, and virtually all types of cabs, such as Ola and Uber, arrive on time due to the lack of connection and traffic. If you have CCTV cameras installed by security professionals, you will feel safer. Safety is never compromised, and you can go out at any time of day or night, giving you the peace of mind you need at work while your family is safe at home.

The nearby shops, markets, schools, and colleges are all easily accessible, so commuting to them is not a problem. This project is not only well-built, but it is also well-maintained, with the utmost attention to cleanliness. Since all public transportation is readily available, connectivity is excellent. The view is fantastic, and you can enjoy relaxing evenings on your balcony due to the luxurious surroundings. A lot of parking space is there and there are no traffic jams in the area.

The connectivity is also excellent, and public transportation is widely accessible. Almost all types of cabs, including Ola, reach here without wasting time in traffic jams. For the safety of the citizens, police patrols are carried at regular intervals. Within a few minutes, one can reach both auto and bus stops. There is good public transportation, parking is not a problem, and there are parks and a market nearby. School is also within walking distance. There are nearby malls, PVRs, clubs, restaurants, and other facilities.

Parks, gyms, grocery stores, and other amenities are all conveniently located nearby. Everything is fine here home construction quality is quite well and even road construction and maintenance are noticeable. It is well worth the money you spend on a property. The water and power supply are quite good and you hardly face any issues in this regard. There are no issues with the cleanliness or upkeep of the roads, parks, or other public areas.
