Safety and security are taken care of nicely with the support of CCTV cameras and security guards which greatly reduce the fear of any kind of problem to the kids or women. The biggest reason to stay here is that it is pocket friendly and it is much easier to travel to any part of the city without any hassle as the connectivity is quite good.

It is conveniently located near RV Engineering College, Mysore Road, and other amenities. The fresh, clean environment of this project, as well as the perfectly crafted homes, will urge you to stay. There are no safety issues because of the CCTV cameras and security staff who are continuously on the lookout. The beautiful green parks and other amenities are all easily accessible on-site, which is a huge plus. Police patrols are undertaken at regular intervals to ensure the safety of the citizens.

VSL Greenage was the right option we have chosen for our next home. It offers the ideal residential plot and we fell in love with it. Nice amenities and excellent plan!

This project offers a good location which is the biggest advantage for me. The location is in the prime location and has been designed & developed by a world-class architect. This area has good security with good cellular tower connectivity too. Some water logging issues arise in the monsoon It is beautifully designed and crafted to meet high-end iconic lifestyle which surprisingly comes in an affordable price range. Many green plants and open space for occupants but some problems such as poor maintenance and high care costs are still there. Some noise from construction during the day is okay because it's not forever.

Lodha New Cuffe Parade has mostly given what they promised but some problems still exist. I am overall satisfied but it requires repairs. Paid more for maintenance costs than I expected and still water issues. They must improve maintenance and fix some small problems with the quality of construction. It offers 2, 3 & 4 BHK ultra-modern residential apartments ranging from 995 to 1795 sq. ft of floor size. A safe area with all necessities nearby. If you work from home, you have to deal with construction noise but a decent cellular tower. The project offers good facilities. Many open spaces and green plants are also there

Lodha New Cuffe Parade is one of the projects that will please nature lovers. Many greenery, pleasant atmosphere, and open spaces. I can use the pool and gym while getting a 100% power backup and more facilities including spacious parking. You will feel safe in the area while enjoying the view. The cellular tower network is good if you work from home but construction noise will sometimes interfere. Maintenance costs are high and overall service can be better. Some water logging issues during the rainy season but the real problem is the lack of city water supply. They have to fix it. Otherwise, the project is a good choice.

Cannot rank full for the project. It's been a long time since the construction and because I do WFH, the sound of construction every day is a headache now but the cellular tower is great. Waterlogging is there, maintenance service is low and the cost is too high and expensive. Corporate water supply is also delayed. But the view is good. To shop there is a mall, a supermarket nearby and there are restaurants, the food court in the project and also schools and hospitals in the area. Security is good in the environment too. You will love facilities full power reserves, beautiful scenery, and good equipment. The overall project is fine but some problems still exist.

Lodha New Cuffe Parade has become an investment of 60-40 with a 60% positive. The remaining 40% is a problem without water now, the cost of maintenance and problems is low-quality construction in some apartments. In addition, 60% positive will be spacious car parking, parks with jogging and racing track, spa, gym, swimming pool, sunbath, kid’s play area, playground, sports courts, auditorium, clubhouse, health clinic, hi-tech security, Wi-Fi, and Leased Broadband services, and others. Waterlogging occurs if there is heavy rainfall but working from home is a pleasure because of a peaceful atmosphere and a good cellular network. Some of the construction noise was there during the day which affected me because I work from home now.
