Some negative factors that I should include here that are several patholes that have been occurred in the HSR Layout, Bellandur, and Doddakanne roads in this region as the local people reported and that can create road accidents also. Several powercuts happen in this area. During monsoon, the potholes get filled with water and create huge difficulty to pass by. Most if the time, erratic water supply gets affected Carmelaram, HSR Layout and Sarjapur, due to lack of rainfall in summer. Infrequent garbage cleaning is also will be a matter of disgusting.

The major factor of choosing this place is this location has a good connection with roads and highways. This location is connected with Outer Ring Road and connects to Hosur Road and Sarjapura-Attibele Road. Many popular IT companies are here. The location has a decent transport system as the authorities have begun three new bus routes to improve connectivity between Sarjapur Road areas and Electronic City.
