Purvanchal Royal city has poor build quality. The green area is very less and you will see towers all around making it a concrete island. They have leakage issues in almost all their bathrooms in most of their flats . Seepage on walls will trouble you forever. Most of their drainage and pipes are leaky and not fit properly. The electricity and doors fitting is very poor . In the name of security the society guards will misbehave with your family and guests . The employees in maintaining office are very ill mannered and just looking for opportunities to make extra money.

It also delivers unmatched location advantages like Just a 25-minute drive from the National Capital, close vicinity to major markets & shopping hubs, and proximity to expressway Connectivity accessible from the expressway, close by renowned hospitals, educational institutions, etc, The area is safe to explore with a good power supply. Maintenance is impressive. Got a good cellular signal until now.

Construction still happens so that the dust and noise are there but the overall very peaceful atmosphere with green and open space around you. I like that everything is at close range from the metro station and monorail station to the train station, highway, hospitals, schools, shopping centers - and it is in a luxurious location in Noida.

Look, not every project is perfect. Even this project has several issues such as water logging in the environment during the monsoon and also the construction noise that might be a little annoying if you work from home. But the cellular tower is good, the area is safe, the design and quality of the interior are very good and the maintenance is also impressive. All equipment and everything is very good. Lots of open space is around to relax. Very good location and facilities. You get everything from the Swimming pool, Multi-purpose Hall, Fitness Center, Sports Facilities, Indoor Games, Jogging Track, Fitness Garden, Kids Play Area. Luxury and safe environment. I do see some water logging problems during the rainy season. Although the cellular tower is good, you will face some temporary problems with construction noise because the project is still under stage development.
