The society is quit well furnished , the material which used in construction is quit good in the society people are friendly and coperative in the society
Things need improvement
Overall the amenities are average there were 2 clubhouses but still they need to be more improved in the society

The connectivity was good in the society and people living in the society were also friendly and cooperative,all the basic amenities were there in the scoiety, i am former recident and dont know about the current sutiation.
Things need improvement
The maintenace and construction quality both are required to be improved as i also used to face a lot of problems there like leackage and all.

Good connectivity with local transport facilities.all the amenities were in working condition.build quality was good.

Maintenance should also be enhanced,lift of the apartments stops working sometimes.

Auto and cabs are easily available near the society, building quality is quite good all the amenities are here, there is park also.

Metro connectivity is poor here, metro station is far away from the society.

all the facilities like swiming pool, gym, club house, parking area are there. connectivity is very good.

Society is nest and clean everything in the society is just perfectly amazing.

The society was so big that we had to walk a long distance to reach the gate, for this there should have been a golf cart there.

The number of lift as compare to the towers are less every tower has 2 lift but there should be 3 lifts per tower

Good things here
The neighborhood is easily accessible by all means of transportation. It's always kept clean and hygienic as the housekeeping staff is very active. The buildings are well taken care of and solidly built.
Things need improvement
The only major issue that most of us face is of the parking.If you want to call some guests, there are only limited number of parkings due to which people face incovenience

Good things here
Auto cabs are easily available near by the society.Quality of the construction is really good and no issues regarding anything.All the modern amenities are available and eveything is highly maintained and well eqquiped.24 hours water and power is available in the society.All the festivals are celebrated and socialism is really good.
Things need improvement
There is no railway station near by the society.Solar panel system is yet not installed in the society but generator are available in case of emergency but charges for generator is high as compare to local power facilities.

All amenities like a gym, swimming pool, and playground are available within the society. The connectivity is good I use a cab and personal vehicle a lot so no issues regarding the same. maintenance and construction quality of the society is good. the best part of liking in my society is that society is very spacious, and proper cleanliness is there in the society along with proper greenery and a safe environment.
Things need improvement
Though the construction quality fo the building is good but kuchh kuchh jagahon par miner seepage issues hai.

I was looking for a dream house and I landed up at this project where I found an apartment at reasonable price. The outstanding building quality with ultra-modern facilities completes the requirement. Connectivity is fine as anyone can easily catch a cab or bus without any problem.

Latest premium project. The location of the project is excellent as it connects to the heart of the city. I had booked the flat in the residential complex. The construction of this high-class project is excellent and will be delivered. The rooms are spacious with excellent views of the nearby valley. Well-designed township for middle-class families is budget friendly.

roads are very wide. 24/7 power and water supply avialalble. connectivity is very easy.
Things need improvement
seepage,paint are peeling of from the walls. plaster are faliing down from the walls , overall build quality is very poor.

The main road is 800m away from the society. Metro is also available at 800m, Uber, autos, etc are available very easily. Maintenance is also good. Is a resident raises any issues, the issues are resolved as soon as possible; resources are allocated for the job on priority. OEM does the maintenance of the elevators in the society, no security issues with elevators. Noida authority does garbage collection 1-2 times. The society also got recently painting done. Swimming pool, gym, clubhouse are available. Everything is well maintained. Gym also has a trainer. Events are hosted in the society clubhouse, recently Ram Mandir event was organized in the clubhouse. Covered and open parking both.
Things need improvement
Traffic issue in peak hours. Parking is available, though some issues are faced on weekends. Minor water logging issue in the basement due to rainfall.

Many of the amenities are not available, also there is short of water and electricity supply for long hours. Connectivity is bad too and the area is getting too much congested. Its a bad investment. Don't go for it.

This is a luxurious and affordable project residential project situated in a very peaceful location. Well-connected society for all facilities. Good project for living with family and is also connected with other part of the city. Spacious society and security staff is well trained. Metro station is also nearby
