Good things here
The connectivity of the society was excellent, with local transport readily available. The society was impeccably maintained, boasting a neat, clean, and hygienic atmosphere. The construction quality was impressive, with no issues of leakage or seepage. Additionally, there was a 24/7 supply of water and electricity.
Things need improvement
In this society, E building lacks amenities such as a swimming pool and clubhouse. Festivals are not celebrated, and the community lacks social interaction, possibly due to a majority of bachelor residents. Additionally, the railway station is far from the society.

Good things here
My experience was good. The construction was of good quality, and the units were spacious with no issues of seepage. The society was kept clean, and there was a market nearby where one could easily find vegetables, fruits, and groceries without having to travel far.
Things need improvement
Sometimes there were water supply issues where water wouldn't come, and the roads were broken due to ongoing construction work. There were no amenities like a pool, clubhouse, or gym, and although there were two buildings in the society, our building didn't have�any�amenities.

The easy availability of auto-rickshaws enhances my mobility and accessibility, making commuting more convenient. I'm reassured by the absence of seepage and leakage issues, indicating that the structural integrity of our buildings is well-maintained, ensuring my safety and comfort. Properly functioning lifts provide me with reliable vertical transport within the building, which is especially convenient for me as I have mobility challenges. Additionally, the presence of security measures contributes to a safe living environment, giving me peace of mind. The safe and secure environment of our locality fosters a sense of community and well-being among us residents.
Things need improvement
The lack of maintenance for garbage collection and power supply could lead to cleanliness and inconvenience issues for me as a resident. Additionally, the absence of designated parking spaces may result in challenges for me in finding parking, potentially causing inconvenience and frustration. Moreover, the absence of a swimming pool and gym deprives me of recreational and fitness facilities that could enhance my quality of life and overall well-being within the community.

Presence of CCTV cameras and gate security with gate app access, enhancing security measures and providing residents with peace of mind. Availability of essential amenities nearby, including hospitals and schools, enhancing convenience for residents. Proactive maintenance approach, indicating a commitment to keeping the property in good condition.

Connectivity issues at night, potentially affecting residents' ability to navigate the area safely during evening hours. Lack of nearby markets, requiring residents to rely on grabbing stuff from other sources. Presence of seepage, indicating infrastructure issues that may require attention and maintenance. Absence of swimming pool and gym areas, limiting recreational and fitness options for residents.

Despite these limitations, the society enjoyed excellent connectivity, with markets, schools, and hospitals conveniently located nearby. The maintenance of cleanliness within the society was commendable, contributing to a hygienic and pleasant living environment for residents. Additionally, the absence of power cuts added to the overall convenience and comfort of the residents.

The society suffered from inadequate security measures and lacked essential amenities like a gym, swimming pool, or clubhouse. These shortcomings were attributed to space constraints, primarily due to the society's age, which limited the scope for expansion or addition of facilities.

Good things here
This society is connected with mumbai highway ,so the connectivity is really great,auto cabs were easily available ,local market was at walkable distance. Build quality is top notch there are no construction defect in the society. Crowd of the peole is good no discrimination betweeen owners and tenants. All the festivals were celebrated in the society.
Things need improvement
Maintenence is not great in the society like There are only semi amenities like one club house and one swimming pool but swimming pool is not functional since years. Biomatrix facilities are not there on the entrance even though only few areas had cctv survilace only 24 /7 security staff is there on the entrance.

Online cabs bulao to mil jati thi but, buses and autos nhi miltey the pas me. Pas me high rise buildings ka construction chal rha tha to us vajaha se vaha pe bohat dust hota tha. elevators properly maintained nhi the bohot baar band hi rahta tha. mere abhi ke society me jitne festivals celebrate hote hai utane vaha pr nhi hote the.

Good things here
The transportation connectivity near the society was satisfactory with availability of public transport options. The Roads were recently improved. Garbage removal was done timely.
Things need improvement
The maintenance quality of the society was average as the elevators were not working properly. Construction quality was also poor as the material used for infrastructure was not that great. Amenities like gym, swimming pool and clubhouse were not available. Security guards were not present. Didn't interact much with the neighbours.
