Good things here
The society maintains high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, ensuring timely garbage collection and separate disposal of wet and dry waste. Water supply is consistent without any issues. The construction quality is commendable, with no reported problems like seepage or leakage. Residents enjoy various facilities such as a gym, swimming pool, park, clubhouse, and play area for kids. The community is known for its friendly and cooperative atmosphere, where cultural festivals and events are celebrated together. Pet rules are in place, and lifts are well-maintained for convenience. Additionally, CCTV is installed throughout the society for added security.
Things need improvement
Connectivity in the society is mediocre, as public transportation options such as auto-rickshaws and cabs are not readily accessible within walking distance. Narrow roads contribute to occasional traffic congestion, posing challenges for residents.

Good things here
The connectivity is good, as cabs and local trains are easily accessible. Electricity and water supply are adequate, and garbage collection and disposal are done on time. All amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, and parks are available in the society premises. The lifts are well maintained, and people are cooperative and friendly. The construction quality is good, with good ventilation in the flats.
Things need improvement
There are some minor seepage issues in some flats. While some flats have balconies, others do not. The roads outside the society are in poor condition, and parking vehicles on the main road outside the society is necessary due to parking issues. The deteriorated roads contribute to traffic congestion and waterlogging issues.

Good things here
The neighborhood was spotless and all the facilities were kept in top condition. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, making it a great place to live.
Things need improvement
The parking area for cars in the neighborhood was ample for residents' needs. However, during occasional events or functions in the society, parking outside became necessary due to limited space.

Society was very clean and maintainance was good and the security staff was also good,spacious rooms
Things need improvement
Swimming pool was never clean,we had leakage issues in the unit like in bedroom bathroom kitchen water was falling from the ceilling ,build quality was not that great

Everything here quite very well maintained and good atmosphere is there and people over here are also soft spoken and friendly.

Sometimes water supply issues are there but the society is taking care about it.

Good things here
We have mix community in our society and we all stay together celebrate together . this society is 30 yrs old but as such it is quite well maintained and neat and clean. connectivity is good and maintainance is good

Morning and evening time slot for gym is allocated to mens only,so working women has to go outside the apartment for gyming . and gender discrimination should be done,and secondly local fruit and vegatable vendors inside the apartments charges are double ,so it should not be happen

Connectivity is good and we have quite big unit and the park area is very beautiful and society has good security for residence
Things need improvement
Supply of water is the main issue that we face and managing committee has to ensure this does not happens again .and in rainy season we face leakage issue very often.

Local transport facilities are available near by and schools, hospitals are near by apartments ,garden area is very big and well maintained,crowd of the people in society is good.

As such there is no issues i would like to discuss as of now,everything is going smoothly in the society

The apartment has quite big space and park area is also big to walk around and we celebrate all the festival all together

This unit is in very bad condition like scrap is coming out of wall and leakage issue is quite big problem and all the wires of the apartment is damaged and yes water supply to this society is also bounded by time,many times i have compalin it to the owner but yet no response

Best amenities are provided like best park they have and it is inside the campus and safe for kids,no outsider are allowed in the society,swimming pool is good and maintained,gym is good and maintained

Yeah ,in our unit we face some leakage issue as construction has become old ,society is not very clean some housekeeper should be hire and security should be improve like few residence of the society roam around the capus in middle of the night and the drink openly so more rules should be adopted by the managing committee and security should be enhance
