The presence of over 100 trees adds to the natural beauty. Conveniently, there are three nearby metro stations, two large malls, and several hospitals. Cleaning standards are top-notch, and residents benefit from 24/7 water and electricity supply.

According to me, there are no downsides to mention. Everything about the place is fantastic, especially considering the low maintenance fees.

Car parking area was good and enough for residence but only occasionally if any kind of function is there in society we have to park outside

Swimming pool was never clean,we had leakage issues in the unit like in bedroom bathroom kitchen water was falling from the ceilling ,build quality was not that great

We have mix community in our society and we all stay together celebrate together .this society is 30 yrs old but as such it is quite well maintained and neat and clean.connectivity is good and maintainance is good

Morning and evening time slot for gym is allocated to mens only,so working women has to go outside the apartment for gyming .and gender discrimination should be done,and secondly local fruit and vegatable vendors inside the apartments charges are double ,so it should not be happen

Supply of water is the main issue that we face and managing committee has to ensure this does not happens again .and in rainy season we face leakage issue very often.

Local transport facilities are available near by and schools, hospitals are near by apartments ,garden area is very big and well maintained,crowd of the people in society is good.

This unit is in very bad condition like scrap is coming out of wall and leakage issue is quite big problem and all the wires of the apartment is damaged and yes water supply to this society is also bounded by time,many times i have compalin it to the owner but yet no response

Best amenities are provided like best park they have and it is inside the campus and safe for kids,no outsider are allowed in the society,swimming pool is good and maintained,gym is good and maintained

Yeah ,in our unit we face some leakage issue as construction has become old ,society is not very clean some housekeeper should be hire and security should be improve like few residence of the society roam around the capus in middle of the night and the drink openly so more rules should be adopted by the managing committee and security should be enhance

Build quality of the apartment was good beacause as far as i lived there was no issues regarding anything.All the modern amenities were available in the society and tenats were allowed to use them without paying extra.All the festivals were celebrated in the society.High securiy system had been adopted as there were 24/7 security gaurd and cctv in the society.
Things need improvement
Rooms of apartment were not that spacious and there was no balcony attached with rooms.Society can improve its issue resolution process for the betterment of the residents.

The connectivity of the society is very good, public transports like auto, cabs are easily available outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, restaurants are available outside the society. The society is maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Drinking water is available 24*7 in the society. Water supply is good. No such major electricity issues is faced. The constructuion quality is good, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are not faced in the society. Other facilities like gym,swimming pool, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. People are friendly and cooperative, cultural events and festivals are celebrated together in the society. Security system is good, CCTV is available. Security guards are available. Security apps are used. Parking space is available for all residents. Visitor's parking space is available. Lift is available. No such major electricity issues is faced. The society is peaceful.
Things need improvement
The absence of balconies is a drawback as we can't get sunlight while sitting at home. Additionally, the metro station is quite far away, presenting challenges in terms of accessibility.

It offers great facilities including fitness centre, a children's playground, a swimming pool, a multipurpose hall, a skating area, a football court and a variety of activities for both indoor and outdoor use. Apart from all this, as pointed out by the locals, the place also has some negative issues. Road accidents are frequent due to potholes on the roads here. It is located at a unhygenic place. Most of the time the local people in this area have to face the problem of waterlogging after heavy rains and this is the reason why the problem of the water supply comes to the fore. There is no street light at this place.

There were only semi amenities like swimming pool,gym and park in the society which was not even spacious.Allocated parking space was not there in the society,residents used to park on outside road.

I was living in the society 2+years back, so according to that I am telling that the connectivity was nice everything was nearby whther it was markets, Autos or other public transports. Maintenance was also taken care by the Committee Members. If there was any issue raised by the Residents it gets resolved timely. Constrcution was also a plus point as there were no such seepage problem, ventialed flats were constructed, People were nice, friendly.
Things need improvement
The only drawback in the society was that the amenities were not operational. Although there were amenities such as a swimming pool, gym, and clubhouse in the society, they were not operational during the time I lived there.

I have been living in this society for the past 18 years, and it's truly amazing. I have never faced any major issues, and minor ones are resolved easily. If we need to go out, autos and rickshaws are available nearby, and markets are close. Maintenance is excellent, with top-notch cleanliness and no issues with garbage disposal. The lifts and CCTV are serviced on time, and all these services are provided at a very low maintenance charge of just Rs. 4000. The people in my society are very friendly, and the environment is peaceful.
Things need improvement
There are no issues or dislikes in my society. I've been living here since 2005, and I can confidently say that the entire society is amazing.

Owning a home in this neighborhood is a pleasant experience. Malls, restaurants, banks, and other convenience stores are also nearby. It is secure for children and senior citizens who require the highest level of security. It is an ideal residential location for working individuals, as the area's high safety measures make arriving home late a non-issue. Nearby are all well-known institutes, hospitals, and schools. There are no traffic jams here because the transportation system is good. All major routes are well connected to this location, which provides excellent connectivity.

I wish this project had open space for the kids to play. There is no greenery. It only comes with car parking and security facilities. Else, it was a good project.
