Hello Senior members,
I am looking for some advice on my existing investment as well as new investment. I own a 161 sq yard house in sector-46 Gurgaon and given on rent. I am not planning to stay in this house for minimum of 3 yrs and likelihood of staying after 3 yrs is also very less. I am seeing price hike is almost stopped in this sector since last 6 months. Is it worth to sell this and acquire a new plot at some other location? What is the upside in this sector for next 5 years? if you advice to sell it, What are the other areas in Gurgaon where it is wise to invest? Also is it worth to invest in DLF garden city Hyderabad - I am looking for long term investment for 10-15 years. What could the return in long term?

Brand New Kothi in Noida(Sector 39/41/46/50/52/92/105)-What are the realistic rates?
Hello all,

We are looking for a Newly built up duplex or simples kothi in Noida -

Our requirement is -

Size - 200-250 sqmtr
Location - wid road (18-30 mtr )
Preference - Simplex ( but some duplex will do if built in a different way )
Parking & Lift - Yes, most desirable
Construction - Brand New, A Grade
Bedrooms - minimum 6 - desireable 9-10
Sector - 39/41/46/50/52/92/105 only
Liviabiity - we are fine even if the sector is semi-developed.
connectivity - we don't rely on public transport ( so away from metro/taxi stand etc will do )
Basement - is must ( we need it for our ART collection studio )

Does anyone know the realistic rates in these sectors ? rates quoted by dealers seems very high ( in the range of 2.5-3 lakhs per sqmtr for a built up kothi sized 5500-9000 sqft ).

can senior and learned memeber please share there experience and knowledge on this subject ?
