Sector 46 is a residential locality located in the city of Gurgaon in the Indian state of Haryana. It is a well-developed area and is situated in close proximity to other important localities such as Sector 47, Sector 31, and Sector 40. The area is primarily a residential hub with a mix of high-rise apartments, builder floors, and independent houses. It is a popular residential area due to its peaceful environment, good connectivity, and ample amenities.

Good things here

The accomodation in this place is very good and impressive. The water supply is adequate and the electricity supply is very good. Also the area is very greenary and clean .

Things need improvement

The main problem in this region is the open garbage dumping and the insufficient drainage system which leads to create a problem for pedestrians especially during rainy season.

Good things here

Park facing recently built 1Rk with all new fittings of almirah, bathroom, kitchen - looking for the 1st tenant to live in this new built RK. The market is nearby at walking distance of 100 m. Clean environment, park facing, fully furnished with Bed, AC, TV, RO, Fridge, Geyser, Washing Machine - you name it we have it.

Things need improvement

Nothing i can think of. Sometimes rain cause a problem but that is the problem of entire Gurgaon - waterlogging happens sometimes in heavy rains. But the city is also a water park in those days.

Good things here

There aur easily accessible local markets and good malls nearby. A nice international School is also present near to the locality and Road quality is also good. I feel very safe living in this sector 46.

Sector 46 is the most cleaned locality in Gurgaon. The only problem is traffic issue here which is caused due to so many cars passing through the roads of locality.

Good things here

This locality is very good.There are good schools and hospitals nearby. Electricity supply is good, electricity cuts occur very rarely.Water supply is also good. There are many markets nearby.

It is very difficult to get a taxi to come here at night.There is no good milk shop nearby. CCTV camera needs to be installed in many places.
