Jodhpur is the second-biggest city in Rajasthan. It was earlier the seat for Jodhpur State. Jodhpur was earlier the capital of the Kingdom of Marwar. It is also the administrative headquarters for the Jodhpur Division and District. The city is located near the Mehrangarh Fort. The coordinates of Jodhpur are 26.28°N 73.02°E.
