Good things here
I moved out of this society about a year ago, during my time there, the connectivity of the society was good. Within a 2 to 3km radius, there were shopping malls, bus stops, hospitals, and restaurants easily accessible. Inside the society, there were many facilities such as a supermarket, pharmacy, and amenities like a swimming pool, play area, and table tennis. There were also good walking paths around the community. Additionally, there were no seepage problems due to the quality construction of buildings.
Things need improvement
One big problem in this area is that there's a lot of traffic, mainly because it's in a good spot, and there is also an issue with the gym inside the community not being functional.

One of the positive aspects of this society is its maintenance facilities like cleanliness, regular cleaning, keeping the surroundings tidy, good water supply 24/7, and regular garbage collection. Inside the community, essential needs such as groceries, vegetables, and a supermarket are available for residents. There are a few schools and hospitals located around 2 km from the society. Amenities like a clubhouse with a gym, indoor activities like badminton, a community hall, and a swimming pool are available and well-maintained.
Things need improvement
The connectivity of the society is not great because there are no petrol stations near the area, and there is also a lack of bus stops and a metro station.

The residents of this society are friendly, and all the amenities and facilities are available within the community, so residents don't need to go outside.
Things need improvement
The primary concern during travel arises from the U-turn near the society, as it obstructs the visibility of oncoming vehicles from the opposite direction, leading to numerous accidents.

Good things here
The society is not congested, many open areas are available in the society. connectivity of the society is good as everything is available near by and public transport is also not an issue.
Things need improvement
The rent of the society is little on the higher side. the quality levels of the maintenance team and of the amenities are not up to the mark when we talk about the rent in perticular.

Good things here
Located at a prime location society has no connectivity issues all Cabs/Auto/Rickshaw are available nearby. The construction quality is really good and the society has all the facilities like clubhouse,gym,parks. The best part is that the society is well made and well maintained internally with ample greenery that one can enjoy.
Things need improvement
There is a railway track that is near by with a drainage around, due to which there is a lot of mosquitoes and during evening times and multiple complaints have been given and nothing has been done so far.

Society features excellent facilities within the community, including a supermarket, a salon, an Apollo clinic and medical store, a parlor, and vegetable stalls. The Manjeera water supply and reliable power backup options ensure efficient maintenance. Having resided here for the past 14 years, we have experienced no leakage issues owing to the high construction quality. Amenities such as a clubhouse, gym, swimming pool, and a well-maintained play area for children.

There is nothing to dislike about this society because everything is maintained well.

In this society, all places are conveniently situated and the community is impeccably maintained.

People in this neighborhood always have a hard time dealing with lots of traffic, especially at night when it's the worst.
