Good things here
This is a great place to live with no issues at all. The construction is very strong and there are no leaks or cracks. Maintenance is always done well, keeping everything clean and fixed. Connectivity is excellent with easy access to buses, autos, and cabs. All the amenities are available and in good condition. The neighborhood is friendly and everyone gets along well. Also, This society is a welcoming community specifically for Hindu residents, promoting a harmonious environment where everyone shares the same cultural values.
Things need improvement
There is nothing to complain about here. Everything is managed perfectly and there are no issues at all. All aspects are satisfactory and well-maintained.

Good things here
There are no issues with leakage or seepage in the society. The flats have good ventilation, allowing ample sunlight. Utility water is available 24/7. Residents in the society are cooperative, and festivals are celebrated. The roads outside the society are well-maintained, and cleanliness is adequately maintained within the society. The society has a play area and garden.
Things need improvement
Only autos are available near the society; there are no buses or Ola/Uber services. The society lacks amenities like a gym, swimming pool, or clubhouse, and there are no lifts in the 4-floor building. Residents have to fetch water from outside as BMC water is not available in the society.

Good things here
Our society was surrounded by amenities like Dmart, a mall, and a local market. Schools were nearby too. Autos and rickshaws were easily available. We celebrated festivals like Holi and Diwali in the complex. We never faced issues with water supply or electricity anywhere. The ventilation was good, and there was uncovered parking available in the society.
Things need improvement
Our building had four floors, but there were no amenities like a gym or swimming pool. Sometimes, there was a bit of a problem with buses in that area.

Good things here
The railway station and bus stop were nearby, providing easy access to local transport facilities. The excellent build quality with no issues regarding leakage or seepage, strong fittings, and 24/7 water supply add to the convenience and comfort of living in the society. The celebration of all festivals fosters a sense of community, while the good security system and top-notch cleanliness ensure a safe and pleasant environment for all residents.
Things need improvement
Frequent power cuts are an issue, exacerbated by the absence of power backup facilities provided by the builder, leading residents to install their own. Additionally, the lack of amenities apart from lifts and the unavailability of visitor parking further detract from the society's appeal.
