This society is beautifully planned and maintained by its residents. You'll appreciate the amenities, such as the outdoor sports field, walking track, and swimming pool, all of which are well-kept. It's a secure place, even at night, with CCTV cameras throughout the premises and security guards preventing unauthorized vehicles from entering.
Things need improvement
Parking space is a challenge in this society, especially for residents with two vehicles like myself. Currently, there's no metro connectivity, but considering the city's future development plans, a nearby metro station is expected soon. This anticipated development could significantly increase the society's property values.

Good things here
Outsiders are not permitted in the society premises, and we have round-the-clock CCTV surveillance for added security. There are no power cuts, and we're conveniently located near shopping malls, police stations, and supermarkets

Swimming pool for kids is not well maintained. The maintenance staff do not clean the parking area and there are some water issues.,

The infrastructure of this place is well-maintained, clean, and attractive. It features a nicely kept club and sports facilities within the society, including a well-maintained swimming pool. Accessibility is easy with minimal traffic, ensuring safe travel. Additionally, it's conveniently located near metro connectivity. The construction quality and quantity are commendable, and there's ample parking space available.
Things need improvement
The society lacks a gym facility or cleanliness, and there's insufficient parking for a large number of vehicles. Additionally, there's limited green space, and the parks are often littered with plastics and other debris. The road conditions within the society are poor, despite residents paying high maintenance charges. There are no playgrounds, and the plaster and fittings are of poor quality.

CCTV cameras are installed on every floor and in every strategic corner. The society also has a good garden area with swings and toys for children to play.

RMZ Galleria offers excellent amenities including a jogging track, children's play area, swimming pool, and even a golf course. Living here is a delightful experience, and you won't regret your decision. It's truly a fantastic place to live
Things need improvement
There aren't many issues here, but the pricing of flats is higher compared to the prevailing prices in Yelhanka. Occasionally, there may be traffic issues due to the presence of the mall, but aside from that, everything is generally fine

The property is well-maintained, with daily lifestyle amenities readily available nearby. There are opportunities for play and walks. With 24 wings, each having a separate security system, the overall security is good. However, there is a recurring issue with water logging.

There is a significant problem with water logging, and the lifts face occasional outages. Additionally, there is a shortage of streetlights in the area.

The society is well-maintained, lush green, and has friendly people. There's a diversity of trees, trash cans, and it's nicely painted. It maintains a peaceful environment, and residents prioritize health, adhering to COVID-19 protocols, with strict measures like no entry without masks and proper security.
Things need improvement
The society has a high maintenance cost of around 2.5rs per sq.ft. Mosquitoes are a nuisance, and there are water leaks, occasional water shortages, and power cuts. Plaster falls in some places, and there's an issue with smokers in the society.

There's a consistent 24-hour water supply and reliable electricity, with rare instances of power outages occurring once a year due to unforeseen errors.

One drawback is the absence of proper drainage in the complex, causing ankle-level water accumulation during the rainy season. Although they are working on building a proper drainage system, the progress has been delayed due to construction pauses amid the COVID-19 situation.

Well maintained society having all the facility like presence of a park allows for jogging and provides a play area for children. The availability of a gym and swimming pool with professional trainers and necessary equipment is more than satisfactory. Conveniently, there is an auto-rickshaw stand just outside the gate, ensuring good accessibility. Highways are easily reachable within 10 minutes, and there are two bus stops nearby. The frequent and affordable markets in the vicinity make grocery shopping convenient. The area is friendly, with designated spaces for sports like badminton and box cricket.
Things need improvement
The limited parking space, is the occasional flooding during extremely heavy rains. Other than this issue, there doesn't seem to be anything else that would be a cause for concern.

RMZ Galleria Residences is an impressive building in Yelahanka, Bangalore 64, standing tall and providing a sense of security for its residents. It's one of the best-maintained residential buildings I've ever seen, located in a clean environment. The amenities include a well-equipped club, gym, swimming pool, spacious playground, and even a badminton court, making residents happy and content. With RMZ Galleria Mall right next door, shopping becomes incredibly convenient. The presence of CCTV cameras all around the residences adds to the sense of security, and the proximity to Yelahanka police station ensures safety. My family and I have decided to make RMZ Galleria Residences our home, and I'm confident we'll lead a happy life here. I'll also be recommending RMZ Galleria Residences to my friends

While it's challenging to find negatives about RMZ Galleria Residences, there are some areas that need improvement. The gardens are not well-maintained, with dried-out grass. Traffic jams, especially during school hours, can be a problem, causing inconvenience for residents and school vans alike. The swimming pool maintenance is lacking, with excessive chlorine levels. Heavy traffic around RMZ Galleria Mall leads to pollution, posing health risks, especially for children. The clubs are not well-maintained, and parking space is insufficient. Metro connectivity is currently unavailable, and transportation options like BMTC buses are limited due to traffic congestion. Additionally, maintenance charges are relatively high at Rs. 4 per square foot

While there are few negatives, one issue is the distance of the parking from RMZ. The underground parking is available but charges around Rs. 50 per hour
