Good things here
Build quality is really excellent like there are no construction defects like seepage and leakage issues.All the modern amenities are there in the society and fully functional.High security system in the society,biomatrix system on the entrance of society.Time to time mopping and sweeping done in the society,This is cosmopolitian building and all the festivals are celebrated in the society.
Things need improvement
Auto.cabs are easily available near by the society but local railway station is far away from the societyPower back connection has been given to common areas only.

Good things here
The connectivity of the society is very good, public transports like auto, cabs are easily available outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available outside the society. There are no safety issues, it is safe for girls to travel at night. The society is maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Drinking water is available 24*7 in the society. Water supply is very good. No such major electricity issues was faced. Power backup is available Garbage collection is done on time everyday. Elevators are maintained properly. Drainage issues are not faced. The society has got open space and is very spacious. Air ventilation is good. Security system is very good, CCTV is available. Security guards are available. Security apps are available. Other facilities like gym, swimming pool, club house, park, play area for kids are available in the society. People are friendly and cooperative, cultural events and festivals are celebrated together. Parking space is alloted to all residents.
Things need improvement
Balcony is not available in my building. Some leakage issues outside the bathroom are there, but not major one. Society is not bachelor friendly, they are not allowed. Visitor's parking has to be done outside the society internal roads needs to be improved.

Due to the high population in the society, it would be beneficial if the facilities were in larger spaces. This would accommodate the needs of the residents more effectively and provide a better and more comfortable environment for everyone.

Good things here
The society offers a plethora of amenities including a gym, restaurant, movie theater, shopping center, swimming pool, garden, and club, all conveniently located under one roof. Its location is advantageous, with restaurants, medical shops, and hospitals within a 1 km radius. The scenic Upvan Lake is nearby, and the roads are spacious with minimal traffic. Several renowned schools like Singhania, Vasanth Vihar, Lok Puram, and DAV International are within a 3-4 km radius. Additionally, popular attractions like Gardens, Viviana Mall, Korum Mall, and a metro station are within a 3 km radius. The society is easily accessible from the Eastern Express Highway.
Things need improvement
High maintenance charges due to the numerous amenities available in the society are a drawback. Additionally, the carpet areas provided for 1 and 1.5BHK flats are comparatively less.

Good things here
It's a great society to live in! I've really enjoyed my time here. The neighbors are all humble and helpful, which makes for a wonderful community atmosphere. The cleanliness and abundance of greenery add to its beauty.
Things need improvement
I believe the society could benefit from more encouragement of sports activities and organizing celebrations together as a community.

Good things here
Connevtivity of the society is very convinient, all transportations are easily available,public transports like auto, buses, cabs are easily available outside the society. The construction quality of the buildings are good, seepage and leakage issues are not faced. Drainage system is good in the society. All facilities and amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. People staying in the society are friendly and copperative, cultural festivals and events are celebrated together in the society.

I don't know exactly if maintainance are done on time or not.

Good things here
I love this society because it's well-furnished, well-constructed, and surrounded by lots of trees. It's conveniently located near a petrol pump and school, and we have access to 24-hour electricity and water.
Things need improvement
I find the constant noise from vehicles very irritating, and the presence of numerous wild dogs around the society makes it challenging to go anywhere outside.

Good things here
Passage area between 4 flats is very big where kids can play and also, we can organise any small celebration there. people are very much cooperative. local market is near to the society. balcony is very much spacious and gym, swimming pool, play area, is properly maintained. bus stand and auto stand is Infront of the society gate.
Things need improvement
Metro is not yet started. security is very poor, every time there is new security guard in the society. visitors parking is there but very limited. in some flats residents faces seepage issue very often. shopping malls are not nearby.

The society is spacious with good security measures in place. The garden is well-maintained, providing a pleasant environment for both kids and senior citizens. The gym is adequate, and having a restaurant onsite is convenient. Since the majority of residents are senior citizens, it offers good company for those in the same age group. However, one side of the society faces a sewage lane, which affects the view. On the other side, there is a pleasant view overlooking the garden. The construction quality is decent, but there is a shortage of adequate stair space, posing a serious threat in case of a fire. This has been experienced firsthand. Despite these drawbacks, most of the security personnel and residents are friendly. Festivities are celebrated in the common area, fostering a sense of community. Overall, it's an ideal place for families with kids or senior citizens, but may not be as suitable for young couples or bachelors.

Things need improvement
The maintenance charges are on the higher side, which can be a concern. During festive seasons, there might be disturbances from loud sounds, but these are usually negotiable. While the cost of purchasing flats can be high, it's worth noting that the quality is equally high, offering good value for the investment.
