The society is incredibly friendly, always ready to help when you're in trouble. It features a good clubhouse and a supermarket inside the apartment. The proximity to NPS Valhalla, a reputed school, is a plus. I appreciate the well-maintained garden and the overall upkeep of everything. It's a very pet-friendly society, and the 3BHK apartments are spacious with roomy balconies, which makes me really happy. The presence of a tennis/football court adds to the recreational options. With a police station about 100 meters away, it feels safe and secure. The power backup is also amazing.

There is a limited playground, and it's disappointing that the basketball court has only one net. I wish the swimming pool was a bit bigger. It's about 4 km away from the metro, which is a bit far from public transport, but there's a bus stop around 100 meters from the apartment. Fortunately, there's a cab facility available. The apartment has a designated area for pets to poop. Occasionally, there's a problem in the washroom, and there's very minimal seepage on the ceiling.

Houses in North and South Blocks might experience noise from the highway, so it's recommended to find a place a bit away from the main road. There was even an incident where an owner physically assaulted a tenant, but surprisingly, the society called the police on the tenant instead.

Reviewing this after staying in Shriram Greenfield for an year or so. These guys are worse than local builders. Let alone the delay of two years, build quality and craftsmanship is extremely poor. There are so many cracks inside flats and common areas. Almost all the flats have seepage issues in the rain and the builder doesn't even care to respond to your concerns.

Situated quite remotely. Spread over large area of 40 acres, the area is pretty good and rooms are spacious too. Flats available in 2&3 bhk configuration. Some facilities are still in construction phase. It will be difficult to find a cab from this place. Having your own vehicle will certainly help to commute easily.
