Good things here

The connectivity of the society is very good, public transports like auto, cabs are easily available outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores are available outside the society. The society is maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. There are no such electricity issues faced, there were no power cut issues faced at all. Water supply is good in the society. The society is maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained The constructuion quality is very good, no such issues like, seepage, leakage and plaster issues were faced in the society. Security system is very good, CCTV is available. Other facilities like gym, swimming pool, club house, park, play area for kids are available in the society. People are friendly and cooperative, cultural events and festivals are celebrated together.

Things need improvement

Balcony is not available for residents, that is a disadvantage of this society. the behaviour of the security guard was very bad, even the administration's behaviour is bad towards tenents. for events and festivals tenents were not invited. There was some air pollution issues around the society as constructions were going on and dust was too much. Bedrooms are too small, it's difficult to stay for more members. It is not spacious.

Good things here

Withing the range of 1 km ,you can avail all the public transport facilities like railway station ,bus stand and even metro is just 2.5 km away by the society.High security system in the society like all the areas are under cctv survilance in the society.Housekeeping staff is there in the society so time to time mopping and sweeping is done.

Construction quality is just average as there issues regarding seepage in the society.All the modern amenities are there in the society but the tenants are not allowed to use this facilities.there was not that much socialism in the society and even no festivals were celebrated in the society.

The construction quality of the buildings was commendable, characterized by sturdy and well-constructed structures. This ensured not only the safety and durability of the properties but also contributed to a sense of comfort and security among the residents. the unit sizes were generously spacious, providing ample living space for occupants to comfortably reside in. Good things here

The locality surrounding Kanakia Rainforest is exceptionally peaceful and pleasant. Marol Naka metro station is conveniently located about 1.5km away. General stores, hospitals, and grocery stores are easily accessible nearby. WiFi providers offer reliable network connectivity. The building maintenance is commendable, with a consistent focus on cleanliness.

Good things here

Local transport and public transport was easy to approach near by the society.All the modern amenities like swimmig pool,gym, kids play are was there and everything was functional.Crowd of the people was really good and all the cultural events were celebrated overall good socialism.High security to the residents like all the areas were under cctv survilance and biomatrix on the entrance.society was neat clean and well maintained by the managing commitee.

Build quality was good as there were no issues regarding seepage.All the modern amenities were available in the society and fully functional.All Transportation facilities were easy to access near by the society..Good security system were installed and society was neat,clean and well maintained.Allocated parking space is available for owners in the society.

Everything is positive, with well-maintained inbuilt gardens and gyms, along with abundant greenery that children enjoy playing in. The clubhouse is also well-maintained, enhancing the overall experience of the society.

In the first season, I was not sure whether to invest in this property or not, but after visiting the site myself, I am quite happy. I would be happy to live with my family in such a secure place and call it my home. The property is so far so nice and well built.

Good things here

The transportation connectivity near the society is satisfactory with availability of cabs and autos. Markets and shops are close by. Maintenance quality was also fine with regular cleanliness. All services were provided timely including electricians and basic help. Garbage removal was done timely. Water supply and electricity supply was provided. Construction quality was pretty decent with proper ventilated flats and material used for construction was also good with no seepage and leakage issues. Rated at 4/5. Amenities like gym, swimming pool and clubhouse were available. Parking spaces were provided. Elevators were provided.

It is a very posh area. It has multiple facilities and it is very family friendly. It has multiple swimming pool facilities. It has a huge gym, a huge theatre with multi screening services. It is very well maintained. Huge rooms.. very good building architectures.

Things like the gym and club are not maintained well. The society charges high maintenance and buying costs are high as it is a posh area. Outsiders are not allowed to use services even if they are related to the family. No air flow in rooms and the view is not that great.

Nice Complex to live With Amenities Like Swimming Pool, Gym, Children’s PlayGround, Garden, Covered Car Parking, 24 Hours Water, Security CCTV, Main Gate, Each Tower Security, Service Stop like Plumber, Electricians, Gardener. The Society is very well connected to all of Mumbai with western expressway just 2kms away. Education hubs like IIT Bombay and St. Mary’s High is in close proximity too. The Society has smaller retail shops nearby and Infinity Mall within 5 kms distance.

It is a beautiful housing society at a very good location, which is near a highway. grocery stores, Coffee shops are located nearby. This society has the best construction and has all the amenities like, big parking space, CCTV cameras everywhere, security and power backup.
