Good apartments in a nice locality. The flats are well built, have spacious rooms and corridors, and allow a good flow of light and air. The security and water supply are good.

The locality of Aishwarya Residency is great, and it is very well connected. The apartments here are spacious, and have great ventilation. They are indeed a great value for money.

Aishwarya Residency is a gated community with excellent amenities. The building has good security and is located close to other facilities like supermarkets, grocery stores, banks and ATMs.

Aishwarya Residency is a good project and it is close to transport services. The security here is good; however it is not advised to go out at night as the area looks a little deserted. However, there are streetlights on all the roads.

The apartments are maintained well, the water supply is great, and the power backup is good too. The parking facility can be better than what we have right now. However, I love the security here.
