Everything you need, including schools, hospitals, and local markets, is within a 1 km radius. The amenities are average, but there's no pollution to worry about.

The gated community offers excellent security, and the presence of green areas adds to its appeal. Despite being affordable, the construction quality is commendable. The parks are well-maintained, and the community is conveniently connected to roads, with security ensured by well-trained guards.
Things need improvement
Currently, there are no gym and pool facilities available, but given the price, it's not a major concern. The location is a bit distant from the metro, and there's a toll to consider. However, overall, it's still a good option to consider.

Overall, it's a value-for-money project, especially considering the added benefits of parks and play areas within this price range.

Many flats lack sunlight, and the kitchen being attached to the living dining area may be considered a drawback. However, given the affordable price point, these are relatively minor concerns, as one can't expect too much at this price range.

Outsiders need a pass to enter due to the gated neighborhood, ensuring security. CCTV cameras are strategically placed for added safety. Parks with podium levels keep children safe while they play. The clubhouse boasts a fully stocked library, spa, indoor and outdoor play areas, and a gym. Essential services and department stores are conveniently located within the complex. Nearby residents are friendly, and society celebrates most festivals together. Each apartment is well-ventilated and receives ample natural light.
Things need improvement
Plaster is falling from common areas due to seepage issues, and the maintenance services provided by the RWA management are inadequate. The children's pool lacks proper upkeep, and parking space in the society is limited. Overall, there isn't much roominess available.

The road condition around the project is not that great and sees traffic jams frequently. Safety at night may be a concern as well but the complex is gated and offers another peaceful heaven inside.

Beautiful structure, large open spaces and greenery all around is the first thought that came to my mind when I visited Green Court apartments. It just looks stunning.
