Good things here
kalyan Sapphire is nice Flat. my Family was living there. Good atmostphere is there. Nice parking and kids playground.
Autos and Cabs easily available
Great cleanliness
Strong walls and pillars
Good celebration of festivities
Hospitals are accessible
Things need improvement
A small issue is there some times power cut. and Mantance charge are high. That was i faced issue in kalyan sapphire
