The locality is so safe with 24×7 security services with CCTV surveillance. They proposed to give us a decent internet service that's why I will be able to do my works from here.

Over 6.05 acres of land, this upcoming project has been constructed. And this a RERA registered project. The campus has considerable space for tree planting. There is an open space for doing yoga and meditation for the future inhabitants. I will do meditation here. Presently people suffering from lots of mental stress and meditation is quite useful for getting relief. The environment is so serene also. Some issues should have been contained here. The vicinity does not have a direct metro link and the nearest metro station is 20km away from this place. The inhabitants of this area constantly complain of civic issues such as poor water supply and under conserved sewerage system. The police station is also 10km away which is very disappointing.

Patli Railway Station provides a decent connection across the city. Buses are also available in all parts of Gurgaon city which is highly useful for the dwellers of this place. I am an employee and it will be beneficial for me to reach my office in time. Aarvy Health Care and Superspeciality Hospital and ESIC Hospital are within 10 km distance from the place.

Mahira Homes 95 in Sector 95 in Gurgoan is an upcoming project and has offered me all the amenities that I would like to. The authority of this place proposed to me all the perfect maintenance with some major security services, interrupted power supply, wireless Internet access and several other facilities as well. This project shares with us some major facilities in future like a huge place for gardening, parks for children, considerable spaces for yoga and meditation. Across-the-board the authority and workers are so friendly and beneficial in any emergencies.
