The connectivity is excellent since it takes only a few minutes to access public transportation or a taxi at your doorway. There is plenty of parking for homeowners and guests. It is a safer environment for families and working parents, who can work in the office without worrying about their children's safety. I believe the costs are a little more than the competition, but it is still a fantastic area to invest or live in.
