very good area .. i lived before. I like this area very much . in terms of playing.enjoying . living overall good place.
Autos and Cabs easily available
Wide and spacious roads
Public transport accessible
No water logging on roads
Low power cuts
Clean & well maintained
Strong walls and pillars
No seepage issues
Good quality plaster and fitting
Good celebration of festivities
Great Schools nearby
Hospitals are accessible

Things need improvement
very short time electricity gone. but takes 10 minits to recover .. overall good area..many time water 💦 shortage. but this is not much problem..
