We enjoy 24-hour water availability, excellent traffic conditions, and well-maintained roads, along with round-the-clock bus services. The presence of numerous IT companies nearby enhances the locality's appeal, while police patrols deter thieves and bolster community security. Additionally, malls, cinema halls, supermarkets, and vegetable markets are conveniently located near our society.
In our society, the cost of living is quite high, and the hospital OP costs are also on the higher side. Occasionally, water quality issues arise, with sand and gravel mixing into the water. The hospital facilities are not up to par, and wine shops are available within a 1 km radius. Furthermore, frequent power cuts affect children's education, and the lack of greenery in our school is also a concern.

This society is situated in a fantastic area, with ample parking facilities, well-maintained cleanliness, and parks for children to enjoy. Additionally, there is a garden nearby, along with convenient access to hospitals, food restaurants, and ATMs.
Some residents behave roughly, making it difficult to walk with our pets, and the public transport options are poor. Additionally, there are higher maintenance charges, possibly implemented to discourage people from staying.

It's an incredible residential gated community with spacious and premium buildings, albeit a bit far from the city. The presence of a guard in the building ensures security. There are parks for children to enjoy, and a nearby gym for residents' fitness needs. Additionally, a large playground provides space for exercise and meditation in the mornings, while a swimming pool offers recreation. The availability of ample parking space is also a plus.
The location is too far from the city, with narrow roads and heavy traffic making it challenging to reach. Additionally, there is limited visitor parking in the society, and there's currently no metro connectivity. The RWA management is not providing adequate maintenance services, and there are no lifts or power backup in the society. Unfortunately, pets are also not allowed in the society.

The security system is effective, providing residents with peace of mind.
The negatives include poorly maintained roads with frequent unnecessary roadblocks. Additionally, there is a lack of signage to identify routes inside the gate, and the parking area is not well maintained.

The atmosphere in this society is truly special; the air feels different as soon as you enter the gate. It's remarkably serene and beautiful compared to other parts of the city, thanks to the abundant greenery and cleanliness. The resort offers stunning swimming pools and play areas, and what sets it apart is the delicious food, unlike other resorts.
While the property itself is undoubtedly beautiful, one challenge lies in the dominance of brokers who have inflated prices significantly. As a result, purchasing a plot often requires paying 3-4 times more than usual. Additionally, navigating through various avenues often leads to dead ends, complicating the buying process. Encroached wetlands pose a significant issue, leading to flooding during the rainy season. Furthermore, the locality's distance from the main city, coupled with narrow roads and heavy traffic, adds to the challenges residents face.
