Good things here
Build quality is good like there is no leakage ,seepage pesicides,crack issues in the apartment.Connectivity is really good like auto,cabs are easily available near by the society.High security system like there biomatrix on the entrance.Societyi s neat,clean and hygenic,lifts are well maintained and servicing done time to time.
Things need improvement
All the modern amenities are there in the society like swimming pool,club house gym,kids play area but managing commitee should enhance there maintenance facilities regarding this.

Good things here
Auto,cabs,bus stand is available near by the society.maintenance charges are reasonable in the society.All the festivals are celebrated in the society.
Things need improvement
Local railway station is far away from the society.Major leakage issues in the apartments.there are issues regarding parking in the society.maintenance of the society can be improve,security system is just average.Owners has to pay extra to use amenities in the society.

Good things here
Autos and buses were readily available. Daily-use shops were available near the society. Garbage collection was done daily, and the society was clean. The flats were quite well-ventilated. People were good, and pets were allowed. There were fire exits in the society. The roads outside the society were wide and well-maintained.
Things need improvement
The metro station was not nearby, and there were no malls nearby. There was a significant issue with water supply; only 2 months out of 12 had continuous water supply, while for the rest of the 10 months, water was available for only 2 hours in the morning and 2 hours in the evening. Leakage was a major issue. The flats were not very spacious. Though there were amenities, they were not well-maintained; for example, the swimming pool was operational only during the summer, and there were additional charges for it. The clubhouse was also not well-maintained. Parking space was very limited, especially for bikes, and there were very few parking spaces available. Visitors had to park their vehicles outside.

Good things here
Atmosphere of the society is very much peaceful and clean. though there is all local transport i.e. bus, auto, cabs available near to the society there is no traffic or water logging issues on the road. covered an open both parking’s are available. lifts are sufficient. amenities are properly maintained. Ample amount of Water supply is available. Society is bachelors and pets friendly. no complaints.
Things need improvement
There are no balconies for the buildings. leakage issue is there in some flats. society doesn’t have visitors parking.

Good things here
Quality of the construction is excellent as there are no issues regarding seepage,rooms are spacious and well designed.All the modern amenities like swimming pool club house ,gym etc is available and everything is well maintained and fully functional.Society is neat ,clean and well maintained.
Things need improvement
There is no railway station and metro near by the society though bus services are available around the society.

Additionally, the connectivity options, such as the frequent bus facility and available rickshaws, ensure ease of transportation for residents. The presence of vegetable vendors in the nearby market area adds convenience for daily shopping needs, and the well-functioning lifts and minimal construction issues contribute to a comfortable living environment. Moreover, amenities like the swimming pool, gym, and organized events enhance community engagement and recreational opportunities..
Things need improvement
However, there are some drawbacks to consider. While the bus and rickshaw services are reliable during most hours, the limited availability of rickshaws post 10 PM can pose challenges for residents needing transportation late at night. The distance to the proper market area might inconvenience some residents who prefer closer access to a wider variety of goods. Additionally, the inadequately equipped gym may disappoint fitness enthusiasts, and the infrequency of community events may detract from the overall sense of social cohesion within the society.

Auto rickshaws and buses are readily available near the society. The society is slightly off the main road, so there are no traffic issues. Garbage collection is done daily, and the society is clean. The flats are well-ventilated, and all modern amenities, including open spaces, are available in the society. The residents are decent, and all festivals are celebrated together in the society. Pets are allowed in the apartments. Sufficient parking space is available for both visitors and residents. Security is ensured through the use of apps, and each building in the society has a fire exit. The roads outside the society are wide.
Things need improvement
The metro station and local railway station are quite far from the society. There are occasional issues with water supply from the BMC. Some flats experience minor seepage and leakage problems. there are no balconies in the flats.
