Good things here
This area is considered posh with high-security measures including CCTV surveillance and vigilant guards. The residents are also known for their friendliness, making it a welcoming community. I highly recommend buying a house here; it's an excellent area to live in. Additionally, there are several malls nearby such as Asia No.2 Mall, Phoenix Mall, and Dhanraj Mall. Metro and railway stations are conveniently located within a 10 to 15-minute walk. In my opinion, Kohinoor City is one of the best localities to reside in.
Things need improvement
Currently, the roads are undergoing construction, but once completed, they will enhance accessibility. In my opinion, Kohinoor City has no negatives to mention.

During the daytime, there's no watchman available, and the maintenance charges are on the higher side. Additionally, there's limited visitor parking space within the society, and at times, the CCTV cameras malfunction.

Near Kohinoor City, there are two types of residencies: one catering to the higher class with excellent facilities, while the other serves the middle class but lacks basic amenities. Unfortunately, the middle-class residency suffers from poor conditions, including lack of facilities, cleaning, lifts in buildings, and adequate lighting in stairways, indicating subpar construction standards.

I live in a pet-friendly, cosmopolitan society with well-maintained gardens and infrastructure. It's a gated community with 24-hour CCTV surveillance and security. We have four parks, friendly neighbors, and proactive committee members who address issues effectively. Green initiatives like waste segregation and e-waste collection are in place, along with a society library and organic vegetable garden. Conveniently located near BKC and Sakinaka, with Mumbai airport nearby, we have access to Kohinoor Club and Mall. The clubhouse offers a gym, swimming pool, jacuzzi, and more. Plus, there are 24-hour groceries and shops nearby, making it perfect for families.

Overall, there are hardly any negatives to mention. While metro connectivity isn't available, a local train station nearby serves as a convenient alternative. Thankfully, there are no issues like seepage or plaster damage. Occasionally, mosquitoes can be a nuisance due to the greenery, but regular fumigation and sewage control help keep them at bay.

The location is convenient, nestled between two nearby stations, Kurla and Vidyavihar, making commuting a breeze. Additionally, we have easy access to markets, malls, and D Mart, all within walking distance. Moreover, there are playgrounds and gardens within the vicinity, adding to the charm of the area.
Things need improvement
The roads in our area are quite narrow, leading to occasional traffic jams, especially during peak hours. Unfortunately, the road conditions worsen during the rainy season. Additionally, the buildings located close to the main road experience significant noise pollution from passing traffic. Another challenge is the lack of parking space for visitors, and the maintenance of footpaths leaves much to be desired.

Hotels, schools, hospitals, malls, markets, and all amenities are available near the society. The society has a clubhouse and all kinds of facilities. There are no issues of seepage or leakage in any of the flats in the society. The roads are well-constructed, and there are no issues of waterlogging. Transportation connectivity near the society was very good. Maintenance quality was satisfactory in phase 1 with water supply and no water logging. Electricity supply was fine. Cleanliness and hygiene was taken care of. CCTVs and Elevators were installed. There was a play area for kids and parking lot. Residents were friendly and cooperative.

Maintenance was not very good in phase 2 and 3. Construction quality was poor with seepage issues in bathroom and termite issues existed in the entire house. The material quality used for construction was not good. Amenities like gym, swimming pool and clubhouse were not functional as there were some legal restrictions on them

The construction quality of the buildings is good Amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. Water logging issues are not faced inside or outside the society are roads are properly made. Paintings and water proofing are done on time. Parking space is available in the society.

Good things here
Auto,cabs are easy to approach enar by the society even though railway station and bus stand is near by the society.High security system in the society,all the areas are under cctv survilance.Quality of the construction is good there is no seepage issues in the apartment.
Things need improvement
There is no visitors parking in the society.Swimming pool is not there in the society,only club huse and ground for children is there in the society.No as such festivals are celebarted in the society.

Good things here
All public transports like auto, bus, rikshaws, cabs are easily accessible outside the society. The connectivity is good. There are nearby Markets, grocery, schools, mall, restaurants available around the society Hospitals are nearby the society. seepage and leakage issues are not seen in the flats, The construction quality of the buildings is good. Water supply and electricity are available for 24*7 in the society. Garden, walking area and play area for kids are available as amenities in the society. Alloted Parking space is available. Visitor's parking space is also available. Greenery is maintained properly.
Things need improvement
There were some construction problems seen previously in the buildings but it is resolved now. Facilities and Amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house are not available in the society Builder had promised to provide all these amenities and it was also shown in the plan but still these amenities are missing in the society. Metro station is 3kms away from the society.

Good things here
There was railway station,bus stand and airport near by the society.Local transport facilities were available near by the society.Society was neat,clean and well maintained.overall it was good experience to live in that society.
Things need improvement
Quality of the construction is pathatic as there was issues regarding leakage and seepage.There were zero amenities available at that period of time only parking was there in the society.
