This area is considered posh with high-security measures including CCTV surveillance and vigilant guards. The residents are also known for their friendliness, making it a welcoming community. I highly recommend buying a house here; it's an excellent area to live in. Additionally, there are several malls nearby such as Asia No.2 Mall, Phoenix Mall, and Dhanraj Mall. Metro and railway stations are conveniently located within a 10 to 15-minute walk. In my opinion, Kohinoor City is one of the best localities to reside in.
Currently, the roads are undergoing construction, but once completed, they will enhance accessibility. In my opinion, Kohinoor City has no negatives to mention.

Despite its conveniences, the neighborhood faces challenges. The presence of a nearby slum results in a higher population density, leading to increased foot traffic. Additionally, the area suffers from excessive dust and pollution, contributing to environmental concerns. The constant noise and frequent traffic jams nearby further add to the challenges of living in the area.

This area boasts a lovely neighborhood with plenty of shops and markets nearby for easy access. The flats are of good quality, and there's ample parking available as well. Overall, it's a convenient and pleasant place to live.
During the daytime, there's no watchman available, and the maintenance charges are on the higher side. Additionally, there's limited visitor parking space within the society, and at times, the CCTV cameras malfunction.

Some streetlight poles are not functional, further impacting safety. Residents often need to travel to the main road to catch an auto or bus, which can be inconvenient.

Near Kohinoor City, there are two types of residencies: one catering to the higher class with excellent facilities, while the other serves the middle class but lacks basic amenities. Unfortunately, the middle-class residency suffers from poor conditions, including lack of facilities, cleaning, lifts in buildings, and adequate lighting in stairways, indicating subpar construction standards.

I live in a pet-friendly, cosmopolitan society with well-maintained gardens and infrastructure. It's a gated community with 24-hour CCTV surveillance and security. We have four parks, friendly neighbors, and proactive committee members who address issues effectively. It's a well-planned mini township with various apartments and buildings, divided into different phases like Phase 1, Phase 2, and so on. One of the perks of living here is access to our exclusive club, reserved only for Kohinoor City residents. The location is convenient, nestled between two nearby stations, Kurla and Vidyavihar, making commuting a breeze. Additionally, we have easy access to markets, malls, and D Mart, all within walking distance. Moreover, there are playgrounds and gardens within the vicinity, adding to the charm of the area.
The roads in our area are quite narrow, leading to occasional traffic jams, especially during peak hours. Unfortunately, the road conditions worsen during the rainy season. Additionally, the buildings located close to the main road experience significant noise pollution from passing traffic. Another challenge is the lack of parking space for visitors, and the maintenance of footpaths leaves much to be desired.

While I don't have any major issues with this society, there is one drawback that needs to be addressed. The chawl behind the building doesn't maintain a good atmosphere. It's common to hear fights and shouting, which can be quite disturbing for residents.

Hotels, schools, hospitals, malls, markets, and all amenities are available near the society. The society has a clubhouse and all kinds of facilities. There are no issues of seepage or leakage in any of the flats in the society. The roads are well-constructed, and there are no issues of waterlogging. The parking space is ample, and parking is available 24/7.
I don't have any problems or complaints with my society. The society is very well-maintained, and there is no need for any further improvement in my society

Transportation connectivity near the society was very good. Maintenance quality was satisfactory in phase 1 with water supply and no water logging. Electricity supply was fine. Cleanliness and hygiene was taken care of. CCTVs and Elevators were installed. There was a play area for kids and parking lot. Residents were friendly and cooperative.
Maintenance was not very good in phase 2 and 3. Construction quality was poor with seepage issues in bathroom and termite issues existed in the entire house. The material quality used for construction was not good. Amenities like gym, swimming pool and clubhouse were not functional as there were some legal restrictions on them

Construction quality is also satisfactory with no Water logging issues. CCTVs and Elevators are installed. Amenities like gym, swimming pool and clubhouse are available. Residents are friendly and cooperative. All problems and issues are timely resolved.

Society is really good as im living here since long back time,Siciety is very well connected as railway station and bus stop is near by the society.Society has high security system as there 24/7 security gaurds and all the areas are under cctv survilance.All the festivals are celebrated in the society.24/7 water and electricity supply is available.
Society is almost 22 years old now and construction is good till now but some other day there are issues like leakage and seepage.There are no amenities in this society but there are amenities created newly bit away from the society but that is not functional since years now due to some disputes amongs the members.
