Autos were readily available just outside the society, with buses and cabs also easy to find for travel. Markets and essential shops were conveniently located nearby. Maintenance was consistently well-maintained. The gym and clubhouse within the premises were also well-kept. Festivals were joyfully celebrated within the society. The society is commendable for its ongoing improvements; recently, all the buildings were repainted, and any issues that arise are promptly addressed.
Metro station was 1Km away from the society. There is a seepage issue in the society. Swimming pools are not there in the society.

Autos and cabs are readily available. The nearby area is developing and clean. Rental charges are 18000 per month for a 2BHK. The construction quality is commendable, with no seepage or leakage in the flats. The buildings' plaster and fittings are of good quality. All modern amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, and play area are present in the society. Lifts are well-maintained, and CCTV cameras are properly installed. The residents are quite friendly, and the society is pet-friendly. The painting is done properly, enhancing the overall appearance.
Society is situated at a distance from the primary road or highway. The distance from the main road can affect accessibility

Connectivity is good mall, market , hospital society ke pas hai . society hygiene and clean reheta hai .
Some seepage issues are there , construction quality is not so good . facilities are not there . water quality needs to be improved.

Society was clean, never had any issue with the connectivity in turms of metro, bus, cab or even in online deliveries like zomato and amazon. the neighbourhood had good greenery.
The things that i dont like are the water seepage issue and that my society lacs a swimming pool.

The transportation facilities like auto, cabs are easily available There are market places neaby,There is no such maintainance and electricity issues that are faced in the society people living are very cooperative and friendly, festivals are celebrated together There is no water logging issues faced inside the society.Water supply is 24/7.
There are no schools or colleges nearby the society,There are construction issues that are faced like seapage issue as it's an old building time to time paints are not done in the society. facilities like gym, swimmingpool was available but only for permanent residents, it was not accessible by all other members who are on rent staying in the society

Public transports are easily available, flats are well ventilated, ample sunlight available. Maintenance is taken care of, cleanliness is done regularly. People are nice, peace loving society. Swimming pool, clubhouse is well maintained.
Metro is 5km away that is very huge distance to cover, sometimes we face lifts issues but that get resolved. Earlier there were seepage and cracks problem.

Inside the society, cleanliness and hygiene are top priorities, with regular garbage collection and timely pest control measures in place. CCTV cameras are installed and functional for added security. Additionally, the lifts are well-maintained for residents' convenience. We never face any issues with water supply or electricity, as both are available 24/7, with power backup facilities in case of emergencies. The rooms are very well ventilated, and proper wind and sunlight enters in the rooms. Our society offers a variety of amenities including a gym, clubhouse, and a dedicated play area for kids. What truly sets us apart is the community spirit here. The residents are not just friendly but also educated and cooperative. We come together to celebrate cultural festivals and events, fostering a strong sense of unity and belonging.
Unfortunately, the construction quality of the buildings leaves much to be desired. Many residents, including myself, have experienced seepage and leakage issues in our flats and bedroom areas. Bathroom fitting are not of good quality. The club house is small and swimming pool is not made in the society.
