Good things here

The society is clean and well mentained, quality construction of the society is top notch.

Gym swimming pool and other amenities are not available in the society. water seepage ka issue rehta hai kabhi kabhi. outside roads of the sicieyt ki quality kaafi kharab hai toh connectivity becomes an issue.

Good things here

Since the society is on main road, the auto and cabs are readily available. There is a functioning pool and gym also the neighbors celebrate every event on time and happily.

Major issue of cleanliness in the society, no body takes care of the hygiene in the society. There is a speepage and leakage issue in the basement, and the walls are chipping off.

Good things here

The connectivity of the society is very good, public transports like auto, cabs are easily available at a walkable distance outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available just outside the society. The society is always maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Garbage collection is done on time. Pest control is done on time. Water supply issues are not faced in the society, water is always available. No major electricity issues are faced in the society. Other facilities and amenities like gym, swimmingpool, park, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. People staying in the society are friendly and cooperative in the society, all the cultural festivals and events are celebrated together.

Metro connectivity is far from the society. The constructuion quality is very poor in the society, sometimes issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are faced in the society. Wall quality is bad.

Good things here

Transportation connectivity near the society was in order, autos and rikshaws were available nearby. Maintenance was also good with CCTVs and Elevators installed. Construction quality was also fine with timely repair. Amenities like gym, swimming pool and clubhouse were available. Residents were friendly and cooperative.

Good things here

The traffic here is manageable, with ample parking available. Conveniently, there are bus and cab services accessible within the society. Moreover, residents can enjoy the amenities of a pool, gym, and clubhouse, making it a comfortable and enjoyable place to live.

Things need improvement

The facilities here are severely lacking; there's no pool, gym, or clubhouse available whatsoever. The neighborhood lacks friendliness, with residents not being particularly welcoming or friendly it's quite disappointing.

Good things here

Transportation connectivity is quite satisfactory. Maintenance quality is also good. Construction quality is fine with no seepage and leakage issues. CCTVs and Elevators are installed in the premises. Residents are friendly and cooperative in nature. The atmosphere is quite decent. All basic amenities like parks and clubhouse are available in society.

Good things here

The build quality was excellent, and I never experienced any leakage or seepage issues in that society. All the amenities such as swimming pool, toilet, kitchen area, and bath were available. The residents were helpful and well-educated. The maintenance facilities, including security, cleanliness, and hygiene, were top-notch.

When I lived in that society, there were no public transport facilities such as bus services or metro. We had to rely on our private vehicles, although Ola, Uber, and autos were easily accessible.

Poor management Security guards are rude to the groceries delivery boys. I think the guards are pretending that its their property People missing outside the building parking. Its seems that the parking outside the building is not a parking but a public toilet There are some cctv camera missing specially in basement parking. So I can say that maintenance charges are too high in terms of security In the rainy day, there are lots of water draining in the basement People will park in your parking even guards dont who whose car is parked and sone cars will be without parking tags
