Good things here
The society is situated near schools and hospitals, with groceries, dairy shops, and supermarkets within walking distance. Additionally, the metro station and tech parks are conveniently located within a distance of 500 to 700 meters. The construction quality is commendable, as residents have never encountered seepage problems. Amenities such as the gym and play area are well-maintained, and the overall maintenance is excellent, with no water supply issues reported.
Things need improvement
The issue with management in this society is that pool maintenance and cleaning tasks take more than 6 to 7 hours, and additionally, the society does not allow bachelors.

Good things here
Cabs and autos are easily available in the society. The water facility is good in the society, compared to other societies. Power backup is also available in the society. Security is also safe during the night, very secure. Public transportation is also available nearby the society. Neighbors are very good in the society; they are very cooperative. Maintenance of the swimming pool is very good in the society. Ventilation of the flat is very good. Garbage collection is also good in the society on a daily basis.
Things need improvement
Amenities like the gym and clubhouse are not maintained well in the society. The gym does not have many equipments. There is pollution near the society because the main road is nearby. User

Society is very well-maintained, the metro station is within 500m, and all shops like Barbar, hotels, pharmacies, and grocery are nearby. Management is trying very hard to maintain society with less money, major IT parks are within 1km. The CROWN of ECC Kadugodi Tree Park is in a walkable area. Small apartments with amenities like a gym, swimming pool, play area, clubhouse, and badminton court are in working condition. The most important thing vehicle-free walking area which is a must for kids and senior citizens. I was living there for 11 years. No complaint till now. It's a small budget apartment with all the facilities, The room size of this apartment is very decent. Of course, mobile network issue is there but that is a universal problem every where and forever.

I had booked a flat in DSR Green Vista and my experience with the team was the worst. The management and sales team has delayed the handover for quite a lot of time.

The quality of the construction is excellent as they have provided ceramic tiles. The supermarket and other facilities are also in close proximity. i love living here.

I own a 2BHK premium flat here. The premium residential complex offers amenities like a gym, security, swimming pool, and a lot more. The location of the project is decent as it connects reputed schools, colleges and hospitals
