Good things here
The connectivity of the society is very good, public transports like auto, bus, cabs are easily available at a walkable distance outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available just outside the society. The society is always maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Other facilities and amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. People staying in the society are friendly and cooperative in the society.
Things need improvement
The constructuion quality is average in the society, sometimes issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are faced in the society and buildings.

Good things here
Connectivity is excellent with the nearby metro, malls, and hospitals accessible from the society. The quality of roads outside the society is good, with wide roads and no waterlogging issues. Streetlights ensure visibility at night. Maintenance facilities within the society are up to the mark, with daily cleaning and the presence of security guards. The quality of construction is also good, with no leakage issues. Parking is sufficient, and amenities such as a swimming pool, clubhouse, play area, and gym are available.
Things need improvement
So far, no issues have been encountered regarding the facilities offered by the society. However, the residents are not very cooperative, and no festivals are celebrated, resulting in minimal social interaction within the community.

Good things here
The transportation connectivity near the society is very well as malls are available at a walking distance. Railway station and autos are available nearby. The construction quality of the society is satisfactory as all issues are resolved already by the management. All the safety features required are well maintained. Amenities like gym, clubhouse and swimming pool are available in the society. Maintenance quality is good with regular water and electricity supply. Paintings are done timely. The neighborhood is decent and celebrate all festivals and events together.
Things need improvement
The society provides all facilities but no specific dislikes could be found except that even the gym is available but not very satisfactory.

Additionally, the availability of nearby local transport options such as Indrive, Uber, and Ola cabs ensures easy access to transportation for residents. ood delivery apps also extend their services to our society, allowing residents to enjoy their favorite meals from the comfort of their homes. Moreover, essential utilities like electricity and water supply are reliable, operating smoothly round-the-clock. The ample ventilation and sunlight in the area contribute to a comfortable and healthy living environment for all residents. People staying in the society are friendly and copperative, cultural festivals and events are celebrated together in the society.

Currently, there is construction work underway outside the society to improve the roads, which is causing inconvenience for residents who use their own vehicles. The ongoing construction may lead to traffic congestion and delays, disrupting the usual flow of transportation in the area. Additionally, during periods of heavy rainfall, water logging occasionally occurs on the roads, exacerbating the difficulties for commuters.

There are spacious parks and playground for kids, a nice swimming pool, a badminton court, and a beautiful temple. The major con is we have to take a huge u turn to enter into society.

Gated community with security officers. Lifts are efficient and good. Large common area with a pool and a walking area nearby. Transportation to the metro is typically available ( private bus operated by Noida Metro Authority ).

It's a secure location. The flats are outfitted with CCTV cameras. Watchman is excellent. It includes all the opulent amenities, such as an indoor pool, lovely gardens, and underground parking. It allows pets.

There are nice stores and a gym in the neighbourhood. In the basement, there is a big parking area. The power backup is excellent. The lift works well and is regularly maintained.

With sufficient distance between buildings, it is a safe and secure location. Every amenity imaginable is contained within it, including a gym, markets, shopping centre, doctor's offices, cafes, parks, and parking places.
