I'm a student and being here I don't have any difficulties in my reading. My grandmother is also a patient and for her, this place is so much adequate, I think. But sometimes we face some water supply problems during summer. Apart from it, this place has also ample space for car parking for inhabitants and their guests.

The estate is so leafy and has considerable space for tree planting. The place is so relaxed for meditation and yoga as well. I used to meditate here every morning. There is a huge space of jogging and walking track here. My father has heart problems and he walks every day here. It has basketball, badminton courts exist here. Major facilities such as kids pool, swimming pool, clubhouse are available here. But the swimming pool is not clean and I want to get the attention of the authority regarding this. But apart from it, The place is quite good with lots of useful features.

This project also deals with good connectivity to Noida Expressway. The residence is actually situated in Greater Noida West. It has a good transport system but sometimes I face a little traffic problem but not much. But on major problems, I should include that the schools, hospitals and other essential stores are so far from my place. That is a huge disappointment and few days before my father had a cardiac attack and I got perplexed. The residents also need cabs or many means of transport to reach any medical or essential stores. I think that would be a major dissatisfaction for all.

If you are truly a nature lover, this would be my most recommended place for you. The campus has huge spaces for tree plantations. The residence is so airy and fresh. The lush greenery is so much mesmerising to me. A large lawn is present in front of every building. I every day walks here. Although, Arihant Group is one of the most trusted brands I have ever known. The architects have done a great job in this project. This group brilliantly provided all the establishment with lots of safe, peaceful way of living to everyone except some issues at all.

I am a tenant in this area for 3 years and living with my family. Positively, the environment is so calm and serene. This residence also has a good internet connection for continuing my studies very comfortably. The project has decent floor planning as well. The buildings are highly designed with modern art and technology. The rooms are airy and have wide spaces for prosperous living. The rooms are beautifully coloured and have wooden works in doors and windows. The elevator are the fastest. And I don't have any objections regarding the floor planning and highly recommend to all from my side.
