back side of the society is rural and connecting road is not maintained besides that auto or rickshaw is not available for short distance

This park not only provides ample space for children to participate in recreational activities but also fosters a sense of community among residents. Additionally, the society is noted for its well-maintained parking area, designed with ample space for residents to park their vehicles comfortably. The parking facilities are constructed with solid materials, ensuring they are free from any cracks or leakage issues, thereby emphasizing the society's commitment to attention to detail and quality. Security is also strong. CCTV cameras were working properly.
Things need improvement
Construction quality ensures that there is no seepage and leakage in the society. Everything was good and well-maintained in the society. No need for any improvement.

There aren't any problems at all in the neighborhood; everything is perfect and well taken care of. The people who live here are all nice and friendly, and the transportation options are great for those who travel every day.

Good things here
The society ensures excellent maintenance with working lifts, regular cleaning, and prompt garbage collection. Construction quality is top-notch with good ventilation and ample sunlight. Amenities like a children's play area, swimming pool, gym, clubs, and a park are available. The neighborhood is friendly with minimal noise issues and good interaction among residents.
Things need improvement
Connectivity is limited with no auto or cab services and no nearby metro. Metro is 12 km away from the society . There are traffic issues affecting accessibility. The quality of road maintenance needs improvement. There was leakage but that was solved by the maintenance team later

The society features all modern amenities that are well-maintained. The roads outside are in good condition, and autos and buses are readily available nearby. There are no issues with leakage or seepage within the society. There is plenty of greenery, and the maintenance charges are reasonable. Various festivals are celebrated, and cleanliness is upheld. The lifts are also well-maintained, and the residents are cooperative.

I have been living here for the past couple of years and haven't faced any issues. It�s a really good society to live in, and I don�t see anything to dislike.

There are no issues with seepage or leakage, as the building is regularly painted. Amenities like the gym, swimming pool, and clubhouse are all available and well-maintained in the society. The water supply, power supply, and mobile network connectivity are all good. Neighbors living in the society are also friendly, and festivals are celebrated together. Additionally, there is double basement parking available.
Things need improvement
The connectivity of the society is not good. Public transport, autos, Ola, and Uber are not available at night. Connectivity is the only issue he highlighted. The roads around the society are in poor condition, leading to traffic congestion, and waterlogging occurs during rainfall.

Society ke log bohot achhe hai sab eksanth festival celebrate karte hai , construction quality bhi bohot achha hai.

Metro station society ke pas nhi hai , connectivity improve hona chahiye . street dogs ke dikkat hai bohot .
