In this community, every apartment is dealing with problems like water seepage and mosquitoes caused by drainage issues.

Good things here
Society's people are good, and everyone participates in all events and festival celebrations. Society's connectivity is excellent due to all kinds of grocery stores, vegetable shops, and medical stores being within walking distance. Additionally, a few schools, hospitals, and a bus stop are located within a 1km radius. Amenities such as a play area, elevator maintenance, and parking options are good.
Things need improvement
Society maintenance is poor due to the lack of power backup options in flats. Additionally, there are issues with the salty water supply, and the construction quality is poor, leading to occasional seepages.

We've got great amenities like a medical shop, supermarket, weekly market, schools, college, and hospital. Plus, easy access to the main road!
Things need improvement
The lush greenery around the society brings a mosquito buzz, but the surrounding trees also create a serene atmosphere. Just a heads-up, municipal water flows in every 5 days, adding a touch of anticipation to our routine.

Cleanliness of the society is very good. maintainance of the lift is average. people are vey friendly.

Autos are not available infront of the society. Security at night times is not safe.

Connectivity like cabs and autos is easily available on the main roads of the society, making it convenient. Water facility is very good in the society, available 24/7. Power backup is also available in the society. Ventilation of flats is very good; there is a lot of free space allowing ample sunlight into the society. Public transportation is also available within a walkable distance from the society, which is convenient. Kid's play area is very spacious in the society. Maintenance charges are reasonable in the society. People are very friendly and cooperative in the society.
Things need improvement
Amenities like swimming pool, club house, and gym are not available in the society. Construction quality is not good; there are some leaks in the society. Parking space is not very spacious in the society.
