Good things here
Maintenance quality of the society is quite satisfactory. Construction quality is also good with no seepage and leakage issues. All the complaints and issues are timely resolved. Amenities like gym, swimming pool and clubhouse are all available in the premises. Residents are decent and well educated. Safety guards and other staff are very cooperative.
Things need improvement
Although the transportation connectivity is fine, mostly travel through personal transportation due to the location of society being in an outer area.

Good things here
Transportation connectivity near the society is good with easy availability of cabs and metro. CCTVs and Elevators are installed. Amenities like gym, play area, swimming pool and clubhouse are available. Residents are friendly and celebrate all festivals and events together.
Things need improvement
Auto and e rickshaws are not easily available. The construction quality of the building is poor as some seepage issues exist in society.

The connectivity of the society is very nice, everything is available in public transports like auto, bus, rikshaws, cabs are easily accessible outside the society. Markets are available inside the society and also outside the society there are markets. This society is kept clean, hygine is properly maintained, no such maintainance issues are seen. CCTV cameras are installed and it works properly all over the society. Lifts work properly. The construction quality of the buildings is good, seepage and leakage issues are not seen in the flats. No such water logging problems are faced in this society, the drainage system is good in the society. Facilities and amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house is available in the society, amenities are properly maintained and all are functional. People are very good in the society, they are educated and decent people, festivals are celebrated together.
Things need improvement
I have not at all faced any issues in the society, it's one of the best society to live in.

Good things here
Society ache se construct kiya hai. Garbage disposal & cleaning hota hai sahi se, Parking area bhi sahi hai. Balcony hai flats mein. Security toh bohot hi badiya hai, main 10/10 dungi usko toh. Clubhouse hai, swimming pool bhi hai society mein.
Things need improvement
Maintenance charges thoda zyada hai. Waterlogging ka issue hota hai sometimes. Seepage/leakage ka hota hai washroom mein, baar baar deewar theek karana padhta hai. Society market mein shops zyada hote toh accha hota , currently shops bohot limited hain market mein.

The construction quality of the committee is very poor due to which there is a seepage issue, the kitchen becomes damp and looks very dirty.

The neighborhood in the society is very good, people are friendly, cooperative, everyone is getting along well.

The roads are not good, there is no gym in the society and the metro station is very far, one has to go a long distance for that.

Everything inside the society, from the swimming pool to the gym and club house, parking area, play area for children where children can play, everything is proper and the festival organized by the committee is also proper but it is also a Hindu festival and a Christian one, Means Muslim festival. market, mall, supermarket and whatever is there like vegetable market and hospital, everything is nearby, there is basement parking along with it there is covered parking also.
Things need improvement
There is a slight problem when the parking area gets filled with mud etc. inside the committee and there were cases of theft once or twice in which someone's house was stolen and street dogs also came once or twice, stick action was also taken. my work place is so far from my society .

Good things here
The connectivity is really good. There was metro station nearby. Apollo pharmacy was nearby. Market was being developed, it had not been developed 3 yrs ago. Society was well maintained. CCTV and lifts were developed. Amenities like gym, pool, 2 volleyball courts, 2 tennis courts, carrom boards, billiards room, etc are there in the society and they are very well maintained. There are no water seepage or leekage issue in the society. Neighbours were friendly and we would celebrate all the festivals. An email invite would be sent to the residents for the festivals.
Things need improvement
There was water logging issue in the society. The only issue was a lack of public transport.

The roads quality near the society was fine, the traffic was manegable. Malls and markets were available near the society. Maintenance quality was fine with water supply and no water logging issues. Power supply was provided. Garbage cleanling was done regularly. Amenities like gym swimming pool and a sports complex were also available in the premises and were very well maintained. Residents were very friendly and cooperative, they formed a very good community together.
Things need improvement
Transportation connectivity near the society was quite poor. Mostly used own transportation for travelling.

Cab services were available nearby. The roads were wide and spacious. Maintenance was fine with regular water supply and no water logging issues. Electricity was supplied properly. Construction quality was also satisfactory with no seepage and termite issues.Amenities like parks, gym and swimming pool were available. CCTVs and Elevators were installed.
Things need improvement
Transportation connectivity was overall poor. There was no clubhouse. The gym was not operational and well maintained. The neighborhood was not very friendly and didn't celebrate festivals and events together.

The society is very convinient in terms of connectivity and everything is developed now, public transports like auto, buses, cabs are easily available at a walkable distance outside the society. Amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house and parks is available in the society, amenities are properly maintained and all are functional. The constructuion quality is good in the society, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are not faced in the society. Security guards are available. CCTV cameras are properly installed and functions properly. Fire estinguishers are available. Balcony is also available. The society is properly maintained and kept clean. Regularly Garbage collection is done on time. Pest control is done on time. Water supply and electricity is available for 24*7 in the society Basement parking is available in the society.
Things need improvement
There are no nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants available around the society. These are a bit far from the society. The lighting system is not good on main gate areas and entrance points, more lights needs to be implemented. Lights are very dim in the society.

All the cultural festivals and events are also celebrated together. People are overall good and social in the society. Amenities are well maintained like gym, swimmingpool, club house, play area for kids are available in the society.

If someone depends on public transport then that is an issue as public transports like auto, buses, cabs are not available easily outside the society. Having a car is necessary. The constructuion quality is average in the society, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are faced in my flat in the society. But this society takes care of it and maintainance is done regarding it.

The maintainance is very poor in this society, the housekeeping staffs appointed for maintainance does not come regularly in the society. Society maintainance is lacking behind a lot. The things like street lights and all are detoriating day by day as the maintainance is not done properly. Ground floor parking space is not maintained and remains diety at all times. 2 to 4 years back it wwas okay but now the condition is horrible. The amenities are not maintained properly in the society. Hoticulture and security needs to be improved and maintained.

Festivals are celebrated together, fostering a sense of camaraderie and socialism within the society.

The society is situated away from the main road, resulting in poor connectivity. There is no nearby metro station or bus services, forcing us to rely solely on Ola and Uber. Additionally, the build quality is subpar, with issues of leakage and seepage present. The lack of nearby shops or grocery stores adds to the inconvenience, as the market is quite far from the society. Furthermore, there are no restaurants or cafes in the vicinity. These shortcomings highlight the need for improvements, especially in terms of connectivity.

THere are two bulidn gphase 1 and phase 2, Phase 1 has almost all the basic amenities that is needed in a society. There is no issue iwth the security as there is no broker app on whcih everything gets updated in real time, Whenever there is issues with seepage the maintennace is poractive and gets it fixed. THe society has facilites liek siwmming pool and gym as well
Things need improvement
The only thing that is lackign in the society is they havent constructed the clubhosue yet due to whcih its hard to celebrate any sort of ocassion or festival

ATS Pristine has also gave a high priority on eco-friendliness as they have provided the a spot for garbage disposal and for that reason the whole society is quite clean and fresh. The authority furthermore includes the sewage treatment and proper drainage systems as nicely served. One thing I have to mention is that rain harvesting is also done in the campus. There is an enormous space for tree planting where all kinds of herbs, shrubs and flowering plants are found also. It is glad to mention that they provide us with a green impression all over the campus as well.

The most recommended project is located at Sector - 150 in Noida city. Over 18 acres of land the whole campus exists. Some reputed and efficient developers of ATS group have performed some excellent designs of buildings and the entire campus. This place is highly recommended for me for its top class designs and amenities at much affordable price. This residential apartments scattered across almost 13towers. I am living in a 3BHK flat and honestly speaking, I have gotten all the facilities at very reasonable ranges. Bedrooms, dining room and kitchen are fully decorated and well ventilated. The location is so safe and the authority provides a crucial security service.

This place has a very strong connection to the highways of Noida. The transport systems are quite good, though sometimes I face a few traffic problems which makes me late for my work. The schools, hospitals, theatres, offices, bus stations, shopping malls are too at few distance. However, I would not like to suggest this residence in Noida. Having a lot of basic and luxurious amenities this place is not quite impressive to me also. I can easily carry on my studies with a good internet connection. The whole fresh and serene environment is much demanded nowadays.

ATS Pristine would be one of the best suggestion for the individual who are looking for an elegant life at very affordable prices. The developers have furnished blend of traditional and modern art and design in the infrastructure of buildings and the whole campus with bunches of major conveniences. The compartments of flats have sufficient spaces and aired. They provide us with the fastest elevator services and have fire extinguisher in each of the lifts. The locality is so secure and the safety level is best for the families here. I am living with my parents in a 3BHK flat and did not have any major issues till now regarding security.
