I stayed there with my family for 2 years and didn’t have a pleasant experience. Pros - Location given it is only 200 meters from the golf course road - Decent landscaping with few amenities Cons - Worst construction quality I have ever seen. Had to repair something or the other every month. Even my owner charged me when I vacated the flat for the damages which were already there before I moved in. - A big NO for a family with kids. There are hardly any kids in the society as half the residents are Japanese or Koreans without kids. Most of other residents are working couple without kids or aged couples whose kids are away. - Celebration of a few festivals has started off late but there is hardly any attendence for the same reasons. - The 200 meter patch is horrible and has caused damage to cars and medical issues. The patch has been as is for 6-7 years despite multiple efforts, so no hope of it becoming fixed. - No grocery shop around so life runs completely on Swiggy, Zomato, Blinkit etc. - The unprofessional society committee which has no idea of running the society and works for self interest. After taking the handover from builder last year, the maintenance bill has increased to more than Rs 11,000 per month (almost Rs 6 per sq ft) for a 3 bhk flat with deterioration in service quality. When I raised this issue with the committee, I was told that the committee was fine being inefficient in its operations and suggested me to move out. - The mindset of committee is completely commercial as it has levied multiple charges on residents. The only respite is that there is no pet policy and charges for pet littering around because committe members have got pets. - More than 80% residents are tenants and committee pays no heed to their problems. Owners are only interested in their rent and provide no support at all. They will shrug off their responsibilities by saying they don’t know anyone in the committee and ask you to fight your own battle. A pseudo committee member (leads all committee meetings without any official authority) reaches out to your owner if you complain and influences him to kick you out of his flat by giving a lame excuse. - Parking of vehicle even in the basement is strictly at owner’s risk. Parts of my vehicle were stolen and committee was hardly bothered despite my multiple mails to them. - A big SRA residential complex of more than 300 flats is just before the society which will be operational soon. This will only add to the pain by increasing traffic. I wouldn’t recommend Ourania to a person who wants a good stay

NH8 is well connected to the metro. No ponding of water. high calibre of the structure. Beautiful and great landscaping. Nearly all amenities are on-site, and the location is superb.

The society is pretty close to the Metro station, and the area is clean as well. Everything is also readily available nearby. NH8 and metro are both well connected. No water logging. superior calibre of construction gorgeous landscaping that is quite great. Both the location and almost all amenities are on-site.

Near the society, excellent roads. excellent lift You can feel secure knowing that security personnel are on duty around-the-clock. Transport facilities are also available. Visitor destinations come in a wide variety. Because of their placement under every 3 to 6 miles and my obligation to a former citizen of this city, the schools are so close to people's houses.

Excellent roads close to the society. Lift is excellent. For your safety, security personnel are on duty around-the-clock. Additionally, there are transportation options. There are many different kinds of sites to visit.

The schools are so close to people's houses because they are spaced out between 3 and 6 kilometres, as I was told by a previous resident of this city. Everything is close by, the metro station is conveniently located, and the neighbourhood is also clean.
