There is a solitary atmosphere peaceful as it can be. All the required facilities like hospitals, schools, grocery shops are all nearby within 3-5 kms. Its just the public transport is little weak.

Electricity here is phenomenal 23 hours service its just sometimes for maintained issues it disrupts. The houses have all kinds of water services such as taps, faucets, jet spray, handpump, pond, etc.

it is a nice place, but it is a bit far from the main city, which can be a problem for me personally. Roads are bit damaged and power situation is better than before.

Roads are quite busy at daytime, and there is no metro services so only ways are autos and cab which hit the pocket a little. The food here is a tad expensive compared to other localities.

Banks, Bazar, Market everything is at walking distance its even safe to go outside at night as the security here very reliable. Its a good place for bachelors as there is no time issue you can commute however you like.
