Good things here
Transportation connectivity near the society was very good. Market areas were available nearby. Local transport options were available within 400 m. Maintenance quality was fine with CCTVs and Elevators being installed. There were no water supply or logging issues. Construction quality was also good with no seepage and leakage issues. Amenities like gym and clubhouse are available and well maintained. The neighborhood was decent.
Things need improvement
The society mostly provided all basic facilities, though there was no swimming pool in the society premises.

Good things here
The Estate office manager is a goon. He is into money making and always trying to extort money from you.. It's a golden jail. They know how to harass you .. Be cautious .

The residents are very arrogant especially the owner. There is a pet area but you ll see pets pooping everywhere

Good things here
Local transport facilities are easily available near by the society.All the festivals and cultural events are celebrated in the society.24 hours water and electricty supply is available in the society.All the modern amenities are available in the society like swimmimg pool,club house,gym ,kids play area and everything is well maintained and fully functional.Allocated parking is available for each flat in the society.
Things need improvement
Building quality is poor as there are issues regarding leakage and seepage in the society.managing commitee is not good and attentive to resolve issues if anything comes accross.

Good things here
Certainly the best locality we can say!! The fellow resident are reliable and good. The maintenance charges are also reasonable and they will not take any extra charges from you. The schools, malls, restaurants and market areas are also available and accessible and are at a walkable distance. The locality contains all the amenities and the festival and cultural holidays are also celebrated in the best way.
Things need improvement
Nothing to dislike about this place as I haven't face any of the difficulties till now and I will not even face it because they provide all the facilities to you.

It's a nice community with all the basic amenities, well-maintained surroundings, and friendly and cooperative residents. The neighborhood is completely safe, and there's plenty of greenery around.

Local market is 1 km away from the location and there is no swimming pool inside the society

Good things here
The neighborhood is pleasant, with hospitals and schools less than a kilometer away. Maintenance fees are reasonable, and the construction quality is good. There's open parking available as well.

The apartment is in a prime spot right on the road, offering a clear view of everything. It's spacious, and the neighbors are friendly. Conveniently, everything you need is close by – from shopping at Smart to petrol bunks and temples and 24/7 water supply

Cabs means ola,uber,rapido are easily avialble inside the society campus. so transportation is good

Train Station or Metro Station and Bus Station are far from the Society, so public transport are little bit hectic

Local transport facilities are readily available around the society, including auto cabs. The build quality is good, with no issues of leakage or seepage in the society. All amenities such as swimming pool, clubhouse, pit floor area, and gymnasium are available and well-maintained. High security measures are in place, with CCTV surveillance covering all areas and security guards stationed at the entrance.
Things need improvement
The parking area is insufficient for residents, posing challenges when visitors arrive. Maintenance services are below average and need improvement to be more quick and prompt in addressing issues.

Good things here
Amenities like gym, swimming pool and clubhouse are available. Maintenance was also fine with no water supply, drainage and logging issues. The neighbourhood was friendly and celebrated all festivals together.
Things need improvement
Transportation connectivity was average as some traffic issues existed near the area. The Construction quality was also quite poor with seepage and leakage issues. Elevators are not well maintained.

Ola and Uber arrived promptly. Water was available 24/7. The society had all modern amenities. The flats were well-ventilated, with plenty of sunlight. There were no issues with leakage, etc. The society was pet-friendly. People were good. There was a fire exit in the society.
Things need improvement
Autos were not readily available, and there was traffic congestion on the main road about 1 km away from the society. The swimming pool was outdoors, so it couldn't be used in winters. The clubhouse was old and cramped, with limited space. There was no metro station nearby.

The society has all modern amenities such as swimming pool, gym, salon, etc. There is enough parking space for residents and visitors. Ola, Uber, and auto-rickshaws are accessible from the society. The society is clean, with 24/7 water supply. There is power backup for all flats. The society is pet-friendly.
Things need improvement
There is a slight issue of leakage persisting. Outside the society, there is some water logging during the rainy season. There is no fire exit outlet in our house.

Maintenance quality of the society is satisfactory with regular cleaning and hygiene being maintained. The transportation connectivity near the society is good, as the society is located at a posh locality. Markets are available nearby. Construction quality is excellent with great infrastructure. Amenities like gym, swimming pool and clubhouse are available. The residents are decent and well educated. They celebrate all festivals and events together.
Things need improvement
Elevators must be improved as it causes some inconvenience sometimes. Other than that society doesn't face any major issues.

Bestech Park View Spa has spacious flats with great amenities. The security of this project is great, and the main highlight here is the cycling track and the club house. All the flats also have intercom facilities.
