The maintenance charges in the society were reasonable, and the services were provided on time. Schools, hospitals, and public transport were available on all roads, and the roads were well-built, preventing any traffic issues or waterlogging.
During summers, there were occasional water supply issues due to inadequate supply, which was a minor problem in society. Additionally, there were no amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, or clubhouse available in the society.

There is parking available for visitors. Ola and Uber are available in the society. Parking space is properly allotted to everyone. There is a fire exit in the society. Flats have proper ventilation, and sunlight comes in. There are no leakages or seepages. Water is available sufficiently. Garbage collection is done daily.
Local transportation such as autos and buses are not available near the society; one has to go a little to the main road. Maintenance charges are Rs. 34000 per month, which is high considering that amenities provided are not up to that level. The play area is small, and the garden is also small. Due to pets, children face difficulties in playing. The roads outside the society are not maintained. There are frequent power cuts; but, the power backup is only for common areas.

Build quality is great,there was no leakage seepage issues in the society.Connectivity is top notch like auto,cabs were easy to approach around the society.proper garbage disposible has been adopted by the society.Crowd of the people was good and friendly.Society was very much safe and sound due to security.
Power back connection of solar and generator was given to common areas only rather everything in the society is great.

I wasn't aware of the maintenance services in the society because I was a tenant there, so I didn't have to pay any extra charges. There was a playground for children to play.
The roads were slightly damaged, especially during heavy rainfall when waterlogging became an issue. There was no swimming pool available among the amenities.

There are schools hospitals,restaurants near by the society even transport is quite easy to approach near by the society.Crowd of the society is really good and all the festivals are celebrated in the society.Allocated parking space for owners and visitors in the society.Construction is good as there are no leakage and seepage issues in the apartments.24/7 security gaurds are there in the society,society is neat and clean time to time garbage collection is done in the society.
This is typical housing society which belongs to old constrution type and there are as such zero amenities in the society.Power back up facilitie are only for the common areas.Biomatrix facilities are not there in the society.

Auto and buses used to get easily available near to the society. water supply was sufficient. all festivals used to celebrate in the society. society was clean and security was properly managed. no leakage or seepage in the flats. visitors parking was there in the society. roads Infront of the society was well maintained. shopping malls were nearby. power backup was for whole building.
Traffic was there mainly in peak hours. society is not highway connected. gym and swimming pool was little congested, not specious.

Any issues in the society are resolved promptly. There was leakage in our flats initially, but it has been fixed. If the lifts or anything else stops working, emergency repairs are quickly made. The roads outside the society are in good condition. We have built a 15*15 stage in the society where we celebrate Ganesh Chaturthi. Our society has only two buildings, and there is plenty of space between them where people can walk. The flats are quite spacious and well-ventilated. The residents are very friendly, and Ola and Uber are available in the society.
One has to walk 800 meters to reach an auto; they are not available near the society. There is an issue with water supply, especially during summer. Recently, there have been power outages for some days. The power backup is only for common areas. There is no swimming pool in the society, and pets are not allowed.

There's a lot of open space because the area is still largely undeveloped. Like any other good society, festivals are enjoyed with neighbours. It has been challenging to commute because of the main road construction.

Pleasant people, excellent transportation, and a nearby hospital. Excellent access to the stations in Parihar Chowk, Pune City as well as Baner and Hinijiwadi. There is lots of vegetation and a quiet neighbourhood.

NSG Royal One, a good place to live is one where everyone lives peacefully and is close to a market, an easy taxi ride, a children's playground, a gym, a hospital, and food stores.

Compared to other places, there are a lot of trees, which provide fresh air in the morning. Rent is also reasonably priced. With regular buses departing from Jagtap Dairy, there are simple public transportation available.

The climate is always cooler than the city because of the Mutha River's flow. Compared to other locations, there are a lot more trees here, which results in mornings with fresh air. Rent is affordable.
