The connectivity of the society is good, public transports like auto, buses, cabs are easily available outside the society. The society maintainance is very good, it's kept clean and hygine is maintained properly. Management works very good in maintaining the society. CCTV cameras are installed. Lifts are available and it is functional properly. construction quality of the buildings is very good, seepage and leakage issues are not faced in the apartments. there are no such water logging issues inside the society, society has got good drainage system. Amenities and facilities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, park, play area for kids are available in the society. People staying in the society are friendly and copperative, cultural festivals and events are celebrated together in the society. The environment of the society is very good, it's peaceful

It's a gated society, requiring a pass for outsiders. The neighbors are supportive, and there are 20 shops along with ATM facilities within the society.
While there's no present metro connectivity, it's approved in the government's future plans. Unfortunately, there's no gym or swimming pool, but the security is robust, operating 24/7.

Unfortunately, the clubhouse is still not operational, and maintenance remains under the builder's jurisdiction. Residents have expressed concerns about arbitrary rate adjustments.

This place is simply beautiful and impeccably maintained. The staff here are very obedient and efficient in their duties. As a gated community, residents have installed the MyGate app, ensuring controlled access for visitors, adding an extra layer of security.
Water seepage is a minor concern here, and occasionally the lift experiences downtime, though repairs typically take no longer than two days. While there's no metro connectivity, shops conveniently line the front of the society, ensuring easy access to essentials.

Currently under construction, our society is gearing up to offer residents a swimming pool and clubhouse. Children can enjoy parks and swings while adults have access to amenities like lawn tennis courts, badminton courts, and a volleyball area. Lifts and CCTV maintenance is done timely, cleanliness is done regularly, to travel outside the society to reach markets its very easy as markets are also nearby and public transports can easily be catch. People here living in our society are cooperative they are very helpful as well. Constrcution quality is also upto the mark as there are only monir issues we face and it gets resolves easily though
The only problem in the society is the lack of maintenance for the clubhouse and swimming pool. The swimming pools remain dirty, and there is a need for cleaning and some repairs in the clubhouse.

Construction of the cricket pitch is underway. Shops are not part of society, but they are available easily up front. A slight worry is the seepage of water. No metro connectivity exists in this area.

It is a beautiful and well-kept society. The housekeeping team obeys orders. Additionally, the community is gated and has mygate app installed by the residents who will permit any guests. Sometimes the elevator is inoperative.
