Good things here
I have tried to buy a plot in TVS EMRALD which is very near to Fairland Anahita(Next Compound), but their price is very high. After comparing both properties I feel Fairland Anahita is the best choice then I bought 2 plots in Fairland Anahita.
Things need improvement
I like everything in this community, there is no dislikes. They can quote at least 4500 RS per sqft instead of 3700.
