The society offers a very pleasant atmosphere, with effective management and well-maintained parks and common areas. Basic facilities such as water supply are reliable. Additionally, the gym facilities are particularly noteworthy, providing residents with a good fitness option.

A few drawbacks include the absence of shops within the society and occasional unfriendly behavior among residents. However, the overall facilities provided are commendable.

Good things here
The interior space is extensive and offers a high level of safety. The construction quality is commendable, backed by the reputation of a trusted builder. Additionally, there's the added attraction of a nearby waterfall.
Things need improvement
The location is a bit distant from the core city, which may affect food delivery services like Swiggy or Zomato. There are only 2-3 restaurants available nearby. Additionally, finding a reputable internet service provider can be a challenge.

The convenience of living in this location is highlighted by the proximity of Shakur Shopping Mall. Schools are easily accessible, and the availability of school bus facilities adds to the convenience. Moreover, grocery markets are conveniently spaced, with one available approximately every 100 meters.
Things need improvement
The roads in the area, particularly from Godhbunder Road to Malay, face challenges with poor conditions and heavy traffic during both morning and nighttimes.

Good things here
The environment is notably peaceful, with lush greenery. The proximity to Dark Expressway and nearby malls like Focus Medley and SATA the Hive adds to the convenience. Furthermore, all basic facilities are readily available inside the apartment itself.
Things need improvement
The public transport facilities, particularly the bus services, need improvement in Gurgaon as a whole. However, the available space is sufficient for a small family.

Hoping to move in soon in this nice place. They have promised some good amenities and prodicts and i am definetly looking forward to stay in soon with my family. My kids are mainly excited due to the presence of the pool.

I was not that sure to invest in this place but after ging through their brochure and talking to the broker i was satisfied. The place is huge and really good. the construction quality is also top notch and i am excited to move in with my family soon.

Optimal connectivity with other parts of Bangalore via NICE Road and Outer Ring Road making it easily accessible from other parts of the city. An abundance of groundwater and Cauvery water supply work in favour of Residents as there isn’t any shortage even during summers.

Road sellers intrude on pedestrian walkways. There's really insufficient parking. During rush hour, there is indeed a lot of traffic, which results in a lot of traffic, which results in a lot of pollution. Inner roadways have cracks, the groundwater quality is poor, and there are regular power outages and electrical concerns

Prominent Educational institutions like Edify School, Gopalan Twinklers School and Glentree Residential School are in the vicinity. Bannerghatta Biological Park, Turahalli Forest and Prani Pet Sanctuary are popular places nearby, making up for amazing Saturday outings.

Environment is so good. Roads and weather are awesome. Bus stops are not so far and travelling costs less than other States. Hospital emergency services are also good. There are a lot of temples and hills nearby.

There are shopping malls here. It takes around 10 minutes from my place to reach there. There are good hospitals nearby. It is safe to go out at night since there is constant police patrolling due to which there are low crime rates. The water availability is good for now.
