This is a builder floor with no car parking, no lift which they will mention you initially but what they will not let anyone know is no power backup, no safety, uneducated locality, poor locality, poor build quality, zero builder support once registry is done owners have to deal with every problem and the biggest problem is that once the road is constructed ground floor level will get lower than road level and owners have to face challenges in rain.
