Good things here
Society's people are good, and everyone is friendly. Society's connectivity is excellent because there are several schools, movie theaters, hospitals, and supermarkets located within a 2km radius. The maintenance of the society is excellent, with a regular water supply and a reliable backup for electricity. There are good parking options for residents.
Things need improvement
The major problem within this society is mosquitoes, and there are also some minor seepage problems occurring.

Good things here
The connectivity of this society is good because it is located just half a kilometer away from the main road, and within a 2km radius, few schools, hospitals, supermarkets, and movie theaters are located. A metro station is also within walking distance. After around 8 years of construction, there have been no seepage issues. Amenities such as a gym, a community hall, a small park, a badminton court, a basketball play area, indoor game facilities, and a small temple are also available for residents. The maintenance facilities are good because there is a team to resolve all kinds of issues.
Things need improvement
The only problem in this society is that the swimming pool inside the community has not been operational for the last 2 years.

Good things here
The apartment surroundings are equipped with CCTV cameras, ensuring safety. It's pollution-free with minimal noise. Within 600 meters, residents have access to public transport, shopping malls, cabs, and hospitals. The apartment surroundings are clean. The construction quality is good as there are no leakage issues. The people living nearby are friendly and celebrate festivals like Sankranti and Diwali.
Things need improvement
The society in Habsiguda faces traffic issues due to congestion, causing inconvenience to residents and visitors alike, especially during peak hours of the day.

Good things here
Women safety has been priorities, each and every person is being verified on the entrance. Connectivity is top-notch, local railway station is at walkable distance.
Things need improvement
Society should improve issues resolution process and Maintenance should also be enhanced.

Concrete Palazzo has really well planned and well built apartment. Everything is at a walkable distance including a Sunday market. There is enough space for kids and adults to enjoy some outdoor games.

The ambiance here is quite nice, and the apartment complex is also close to supermarkets and many other facilities. The flats are very well designed and they give utmost importance to security and cleanliness.

Concrete Palazzo is a very clean, well planned and tidy community. The people here are very friendly and there are some excellent amenities provided. The gated community has a club house, swimming pool, indoor and outdoor sports area too.

It is indeed one of the best gated communities here in this locality. The security is top notch and the amenities provided are excellent. The place feels very relaxed and there is a lovely garden too.

The gated community is great for the safety and there is also a lot of space between one apartment builder and another. The flats are well ventilated and the bedrooms are very spacious. Lot of open space is provided for outdoor activities.
