Good things here
In my society the elevators are installed and maintained, CCTV cameras and security guards are available. There are no seepage or termite issues, and there's proper ventilation with good plaster and fitting. Regular garbage collection with wet and dry garbage segregation is in place. There's uninterrupted electricity and water supply, and designated parking is available for each resident. Modern amenities like a gym clubhouse are available and well-maintained. The neighbors are very nice and friendly, taking care of each other, and there is good connectivity.
Things need improvement
There is no public transportation available, and there are seepage issues. Problems with monkeys create cleanliness issues with garbage, especially during the rainy season when there is waterlogging in the lift area. Monkeys also throw things into the open lift, and sometimes people in cars are affected by this.
