The society provides all amenities, including modern facilities like a gym, swimming pool, gardens, kids play area, playground, community hall, and power backup station. 3. 24*7 security with CCTV installed in major locations. 4. The society has a grocery shop, MORE, as well as a snack and chai point on the premises. 5. Hospitals, schools, and shops are all within walking distance. 6. Transportation is very convenient, with access to public buses, auto-rickshaws, and cabs nearby.
Things need improvement
Cons: 1. Traffic jams are a major concern due to the location along the roadside. 2. Noise and air pollution can be significant, especially in A/B block. 3. Lack of a common playground for cricket/football. 4. Water scarcity during summer months. 5. The absence of an in-house electrician or carpenter for the society poses challenges for residents.

It's a clean and tidy society, conveniently located near Makkah Masjid road, making it easy to head there for morning prayers. You'll find all the basic amenities you need right here. Plus, the views from the flats are simply amazing! The neighbors are friendly, and we have 24x7 power backups for peace of mind.
Things need improvement
Finding public transport nearby can be challenging at times, and I also feel that the carpet area provided is quite small; it could have been more spacious.

The community celebrates each festival together, fostering a friendly atmosphere among neighbors.
Things need improvement
Currently, there is no metro connectivity available, which may inconvenience some residents. The swimming pool for kids is not well maintained, and maintenance charges are considered too high by some. Seepage issues causing plaster damage are a concern for residents. Additionally, the limited parking space is a challenge, and some feel that the management is not providing adequate maintenance services.

It truly is a paradise for kids! With two swimming pools, a school/crèche, and a supermarket right inside the society, everything is conveniently located. Plus, schools, hospitals, markets, popular eateries like Domino's and BBQ Nation, as well as pubs and restaurants, are all within walking distance or attached to the mall, making it a perfect place for families.

I haven't encountered any negatives about the society. We've been living here for four years, and it's been an incredible experience for the kids. From top-notch schools and training classes to exciting activities, cultural events, and even a flea market, everything happens right here in our society.

Constant sewage problems necessitate frequent repairs, resulting in water shut-offs. Maintenance is mediocre, with cleanliness falling short of expectations.
