Connectivity options such as cabs and autos are readily accessible in the society through services like Ola and Uber. The maintenance of the clubhouse is commendable, enhancing the overall experience for residents. The community within the society is highly regarded, with residents known for their friendly and respectful demeanor. Additionally, the water facility is excellent, providing uninterrupted service 24/7. Garbage collection is efficiently managed, with separate collection of wet and dry waste within the society. Autos are also available for convenient transportation. The maintenance of lifts is of high quality, and any necessary repairs are promptly addressed by the association, ensuring smooth functioning for residents.
Things need improvement
The construction quality in the society is subpar, with noticeable leakage issues and seepage problems affecting both indoor and outdoor walls, particularly in the bathrooms. Additionally, the distant location of the office area and locality poses accessibility challenges for residents. Amenities such as the swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, and table tennis facilities are not well-maintained, with broken equipment in the gym and poor cleanliness standards observed in the swimming pool.

The society offers a full range of amenities, including a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, and garden. The neighbors are decent and friendly, creating a welcoming and supportive community. This combination of facilities and good neighbors makes living in the society enjoyable and comfortable.
Things need improvement
Auto, rickshaw , bus are not easily avialable nearby the society roads in front of the society are not maintained and very narrow which cause traffic in front of the society. There is electricity issue also in the society There leakage and seepage issue in the society . and drainage is not properly maintained.

Good things here
The society comprises 2000 spacious apartments with ample open spaces and 24/7 security. Well-maintained gardens and regular garbage collection ensure cleanliness. Conveniently located within a 15-minute walk are bus stops, malls, markets, hospitals, and various amenities including playgrounds, swimming pools, and sports courts. The community celebrates diverse events and festivals like Independence Day, Republic Day, Holi, Christmas, New Year, and Dandiya.

The approach road to the society is narrow, posing challenges for traffic flow and accessibility.

There is no need to be concerned about security because there are video surveillance cameras and security specialists to ensure the safety of residents. All public transport is within walking distance, including taxis and cabs, which can also make their way to this area quickly. There is no need to travel a long distance for everyday necessities. Everything is available right there. Within the society, a park, ground, and grocery stores are available. This is an excellent place to live for families, as there are several schools nearby, and the shops and restaurants are just five minutes away.

Old Mahabalipuram Road (OMR), Velachery, Guindy, the IT Corridor, and the airport are at a short distance. Prime location with good connectivity and reasonable prices of this project are major highlights along with well-built homes. Everywhere CCTV cameras are installed for the 24*7 safety of the residents and professional security guards who actively do verification of the visitors. Another advantage is the availability of grocery shops, ATMs, swimming pool, well developed parks and restaurants are available at a walking distance. No power or water supply issues.

Quick connectivity to hospitals, educational institutes, shopping malls, and other recreational centers. It is located in a prime location where you can enjoy the benefits of connectivity and a pollution environment. Ample parking space for residents and visitors is available. There are many schools, colleges and even hospital available at a short distance. Malls, shops, cinema halls are just few minutes’ walk away. All public transport options are available at a short distance. Completely safe and secured for residents as CCTV cameras are there and only verified outside visitors are allowed to enter.

Quick connectivity to hospitals, educational institutes, shopping malls, and other recreational centers. Society has a pollution-free environment, fresh air and is well connected with plenty of transport options. There is no traffic congestion there. Your daily needs are met; you don't even need to go outside of society. The best part is that these cabs are available at all times. Street lights are there at even the next step. If you work the evening shift, there is no need to be concerned because of the strict security both inside and outside the society. All sorts of transportation options are available here. The most impressive thing about this society is their security system. There are two guards on duty 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Public transport is good, there is not much problem here and there are parks to roam around and a market nearby. School is also there at a short distance. The connectivity is also good and you easily get the public transport without any hassle. The Malls, PVR, Clubs, Restaurants and other amenities are nearby almost all types of cabs like Ola. Police patrolling is done on regular intervals for the safety of the residents. Auto stand, bus stand as well can be reached within few minutes.
