Good things here
Place is very attractive and the pricing is also very reasonable for the project. Clear Title projects are being provided by the developer.
Autos and Cabs easily available
Wide and spacious roads
Low traffic
Enough parking space
Public transport accessible
No water logging on roads
Great cleanliness
Clean & well maintained
Pet friendly

I visited this place long ago, I was amazed to see the locality of this project as it is surrounded by the hills and Dam view and it is a well located project so can't say anything bad as of now. Pune Junction is aboout 60 kilometers away from this project.
